He was getting extremely close to all vehicles, whipped my vehicle a few times with the garbage bags. Nothing could really be said to him because he was simultaneously on the phone resolving some complex relationship situation. I didn't appreciate interaction with my car and general imposition on some of the customers' transactions at other bays. I'm a bit disappointed.

The tire was only three months old and I bought a warranty with it, but I bought them from somebody else a major chain. I had to go somewhere and I kept losing air in that tire. The chain could not see me for two days I called Lang and they said come up here. We can do it. We have a guy that only does that. They fixed my tire and I was on my way. Yes, I had to pay for it to be fixed, but at least they cared. That is the difference nowadays in a good business versus one that is not a good business. I grew up in the area and I can tell you in 40 years they have not changed their service or their model of operation.
