They are what you would call a big box retailer, so they have a huge range of products, and they sell them at pretty good prices. They are sort of an in between store, they carry a lot larger range of products say than Big W or K Mart. But probably not as specialised as a specialist parts place. Also they sell a range of their own tools which are good, and especially if you can get them on sale which they do regularly. This store is good, but I find that there are 2 issues that could improve things, 1. There are a lot of shelves with stuff missing, they have sold out and not replaced the items, which is frustrating if you have driven out of your way to visit the store. 2. The service is ok, when you chase after one of the staff members they are good at helping you but you sort of need to distract them away from the busy work they are doing reshuffling the signs etc, the frustrating thing is that a lot of the items you want to look at are locked away, or need some assistance. Top tip would be to join the SCA club, and you get some discounts, and also an email with deals etc.

I had a dent in my car door that had started rotting with rust due to the paint being chipped away (thanks for nothing Sydney Garbage Truck, be more careful next time ya big galoot). Harry quoted me $200 less than the next best price and fixed that bad boy right up, good as new. Maybe better. I don't know for sure, I'm not a doctor. Have since sent me dear oul' mam to him for bodywork and detailing and he's nailed it. Called my usual place (who are also great) - they didn't have the tyre I needed in and referred me to TyrePro nearby. Called, and they were packing up to close for the weekend, however they had the tyre I was told I needed. Said if I get to them within 10 minutes (I was only around the corner) they would do it before they shut. Got there only for them to find out I had been wrongly advised of the tyre type and they didn't have that in. So they got on the phone (to my usual place) - found a tyre, went and picked it up while others from their terrific team prepped the car for the arrival of the tyre. All done and dusted in 15 minutes as they all helped out. Paul and the team could not have been more helpful or more kind, when I am sure all they really wanted to do was finish up and start a well deserved 3 days off! Thank you :-)
