Prices are fair and comparable to competitors, it's close proximity make it a great place to stop for traveler's passing through on interstate 55 for gas, food or Just to stretch ones legs. There are also several hotels and food options nearby making it easy for those from out of town to eat and gas up the car and get back on the road. Due to the issues with the fountain area and the restrooms I'm giving this station four stars.

Nothing was said on intercom so I figured I fixed my own problem but it was frozen now.. the pump. So I went in and they didn't even greet me just yelled "ITLL BE A MINUTE" while attending to another customer. I waited Then they told me it was my fault the pump was frozen. Why not use the intercom to communicate instead of making me walk and drive around...

The 4-in-1 vac, shampoo, spot remover, car freshener is the bomb diggity. Four quarters gets you a full 6 minutes of go-time! Make it work or like me; have somebody else make it work for you (ladies don't wash cars where I'm from girls) I used the restroom while my car was being cleaned and it was perfectly sanitary. They have a large array of snacks, coffee & drinks for your stop & shop.

I've literally saved so much money by going through these guys, that I've become an exclusive customer to this gas station alone. It's not the closest station nearby, but I've found it a cut above the rest because of the personnel. Express Mart was formerly a BP gas product, and has recently transitioned into a Philips 66 product. What I like about these little marts who are typically owned by a family is "cheers" aspect to it. The family that runs this place remembers it's regulars and knows everyone quite well in this small town. Even when you are from out of town, they'll treat you like a "townie". They're not afraid to engage in friendly conversation about anything and develop that relationship between business and customer as eventual friends. The place is a little old, but it looks like it is kept well, including the bathrooms. At these kind of gas stations, I enjoy that option of paying for gas with cash to save....usually...5 cents a gallon. In conclusion, I'll make a point to go out of the way to stop at this store rather than the hipper, and closest stations nearby.
