I really like the location and interior / variety this gas station has to offer (food, beverages, hot coffee, bakery goods, shirts, etc.) but the customer service misses the mark. As soon as I walked up to check out today the cashier immediately tells me she is closing shifts and it's going to "take her a while".. if I had time to wait. This is not acceptable in this type of setting; when people come to a gas station they are usually on the go. I would have taken her response better if it wasn't the first thing she greeted me with - oh yah and a look like I was a bother to walk up while she is counting down her register. So I liked to get midnight snacks, drinks, etc. Every time I've come in the middle of the night I've been let in, and it's not like I do this all the time since I am a woman, it's simply not safe for me to walk alone. Anywho, I live 5 minutes away walking so it's not too bad of a walk so I get there and this new worker for some reason turns me away. Dude Im a 5'2 girl and had the cash in my hand waiting for this guy, he looks me up and down and starts shooing me away, hand signs and all. This is one of my favorite places to stop and get gas and a quality affordable car wash. The staff is always kind and helpful and they get you checked out quickly when making a purchase inside. The gas stations always are operating and the cash wash never gives me an issues. This place is convenient for me and located close to home. They don't have too many options as far as snacks inside but Walmart and Chick FilA are located next door if you really need to make a travel stop. read more

Card reader at car wash is broken and has been for a long time. No sign when you drive in. So everyone waits for the next person in line, then realizes the card reader doesn't work and has to go inside and pay, then come back to their car, so you end up with extremely long wait times. This could be fixed by spending five minutes to put up a sign. There is a fed ex next door. read more

It's been 9 months since I moved to the area so I've unfortunately visited this urinal - I mean gas station - dozens of times. They are constitutionally incapable of getting their pumps to work with Harris Teeter fuel rewards. Every other BP seems able of accomplishing this Herculean programming task without issue. I've been patronizing this store for a couple of years now since it was built as I live nearby and prefer BP gas. The parking lot is always clean (and well lit at night), the interior of the store is always clean, the staff is always friendly (daytime). and they have a well stocked variety of items inside. Fuel prices are in line with the rest of the stores on the Glenwood Avenue corridor (high). read more

This is the worst gas station ever Stopped to wash my car It accepted my money would give me a receipt then did not wash my car. The customer service was rude!! Walked away as I was describing what happened saying I need a receipt. Now I have to get my credit card statement to prove I paid for the car wash ( which is stupid bc how will they know I didn't was dj my car) Refill your receipt paper maybe troubles like this could be avoided! As I was fueling up here a worker from inside came out, leaned up against the pump next to mine, and lit up a cigarette. AS I WAS FUELING! Used their carwash and it absolutely did not clean my car- there was still dirt on the windows and the body despite not even being that dirty to begin with. Additionally, it dripped water the whole time it was supposed o be air drying my car. Reasonably, I went in asking for a credit (not even a refund) and the kid working said there was absolutely nothing he could do and I'd need to come back and talk to the manager. Not a good first impression because I won't be returning and I suggest you find another car wash that actually cleans your car. read more

Ok so tried to pull in here and apparently they were out of gas as all the pumps had out of order signs except diesel. How you run out of all of your gas at a gas station? Ok so I say they are waiting for a delivery and whatever I will grab something to drink. Pick up two energy drinks that are clearly marked 2 for $3. Cashier rings them up at normal price and when I point out they are on sale says that's the way they are ringing up. Rerings them to prove it to me like I care. Then giving me a whole lot of attitude and without saying anything walks away. So I turn around and walk out because apparently his conversation with his friend is more important than doing his job. If I could give zero stars I would but frankly they lost my business. Not that it matters cause apparently they can't be bothered to stock gas at a gas station. read more

On 8/22/13 I had an identical car wash experience. The car was as dirty coming out as going into the wash. I spoke to the 2 clerks inside and was told i would have to contact the manager in the morning. I left my card but no call back. Please note address is given but no phone number. I work on Glenwood so I come here about once a week. Every single time I go inside to buy something, I have to wait for the woman at the register to finish texting before she will acknowledge me. Sometimes she doesn't even realize I'm there because she's so engrossed in her phone. She's really nice, but it is painfully irritating that this happens every single visit. read more
