Multiple people dropped the ball on my UC (under the cabinet lighting) multiple times and because of this the job was not done the way I wanted it. I finally got the bar lights and one has fallen down twice. (I just fixed it myself) I wanted two outlets in my island, but settled for one just to be done with it. The "top tier" cabinets, with "triple baked on paint" are ehh. I have paint coming off (see photo) on the edge of the garbage can cabinet. If the bag isn't pulled out straight up it with rip. So, what would cause the paint to rub off? Warped cabinet doors, they said to wait a year for the full cycle of the seasons and the doors will straighten on their own. Has not happened. Again, these are they're top tier, most expensive cabinets. I have a spot, next to my stovetop, where they missed putting grout between the backsplash and the countertop. (see phot) I haven't bothered to call Full Measure to fix it For the he money I spent, I expected better.

This company has poor business practices and worse customer service. Their record keeping system…read moreappears nonexistent. It took several requests to get copies of my receipts and they have no records whatsoever to show that $28K of purchased tile was picked up and properly accounted for. I was told by Shane that accounting for the tile was my responsibility. Lesson learned - personally count every tile or risk some going "missing"? I also returned boxes of broken tile costing $250 and Shane and Carla both claimed they were replaced but told me I had to take their word for it because they had no documentation to show I received the replacement boxes. If they have no records, how did they both know the boxes were replaced? Another box arrived broken and Carla instructed me that contractors use the broken pieces for filling in edges. I had to send a photo of the completely shattered and unusable tiles before a replacement was processed. Their resistance to providing basic service is shocking. Buying tile from Prosource was a big mistake.
