The waiting area has 5-6 chairs and two adjustable tables with TV. There are two adjusting rooms and an X-ray room. I was very impressed with Dr. Anderson & his staff as they were friendly and asked if I had any questions or concerns from when I arrived to when I left. Unlike a previous chiropractor I saw there was no pressure to schedule multiple appointments after my initial consultation. The got us in touch with David, and he's been a pleasure to work with. He came to our home a few days later to give us a price for his service, and he had 4 sketches ready within 5 days. Then we got back to him with a modified version with all our favorite parts of his ideas about a week later, which he finished off and gave us 5 sets of prints for bidding. He's done whole home architecture, modern, arts and crafts, and traditional, and from what we saw, we really liked his versions of all of them. Also, what he charges is more than worth it. He included making 5 sets prints for bidding, and he even went to the city to pull the permit with me! He's also willing to help pick out colors and tiles. (you can call him to discuss pricing, but when I told one of the contrators the price, they thought it was a no brainer) From a cost perspective, having finished plans and then bidding them out to multiple contractors will save us over $6000! We have not decided which construction company to use yet, but being able to have multiple bids based on a set of finished plans (including electrical and demo) really does help. David is very easy to work with, and he's very open to making it look like what you want. Hiring an architect will not only save you money, but will also ensure your project comes out looking great (if the builder follows the plans). Hours spent creating a plan for when we went to court. The morning of my case, my attorney, Brandon Arnold, arrived with everything ready as discussed. However, he decided not to touch on any of the subjects of importance. A huge issue we were seeking was medical care for my granddaughter. The father is legally responsible for providing this through the earlier court documents we provided. The father let it lapse, forcing the mother to supply it at her own expense for nearly a year so far. I even requested a separate phone call with him, relaying its importance. Our so-called attorney decided to ignore this, becoming mute in court and ignoring instructions that he and I had agreed upon. What good is an attorney who won't follow instructions? ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS! We, of course, had NO vindication, and our case received nothing in the form of justice. After receiving no relief on this matter, this sorry excuse for an attorney told me that I should request this be completed on my own in a kind letter to the defendant. If this were to be the outcome, then what is Brandon Arnold even here for? Why would I pay thousands of dollars to this mannequin just to be told "do it yourself"? We hired an attorney and created a case because we could not get satisfaction ourselves by contacting the defendant directly. I am, of course, upset about the verdict, but more irritated by a complete lack of effort by this firm I hired to represent my case. Lawyers such as this need to realize there is more to their profession than simply cashing checks and creating excuses. If they had an option for zero stars, I would use that, but I guess giving him one star makes sense. After all, he did find the courthouse.
