He has zerrrrrro knowledge in regards to what is the correct lingo he should relay to State Farm so you can do what's right - without the going back and forth. Pay out the remaining balance that is owed to us, because we had to pay out of pocket to cover the entire cost of the roof. 5) We are not asking for a hand out, just asking that if you're gonna claim to offer a home owners replacement policy to any and all homeowners - then do just that - pay your claims... 6) State Farm is a back alley insurance company who just collects premiums and will make it a point to defraud homeowners! 7) Our claim was repeatedly denied, lost count as to how many adjusters walked our damaged roof with their body weight only to further damage our roof. Don't send an adjuster to walk our roof if you have zerrrrro intentions to pay out our claim.! 8) As a license real estate agent, I can definitely share my experience with my colleagues, family and friends. Y'all sent out adjusters to walk our already damaged roof only to deny our claim over and over again. Your replacement policy, that we have been paying on a month basis is worthless... State Farm is just a back alley company who are in the business to rob people via their monthly premiums - just crooks!
