Nick, our service manager, called and let us know my car was serviced and ready to be picked up. He said the time would be between 2.5 to 3 hours. It took a little over 2 hours. We drove to Lexus to pick up my car. Before we did, we stopped by to see Jeb, our salesman. He is always available to answer any questions and to show us old folks how stuff works. I knew the car seats have massage functions but I didn't realize I have a massage system as good as or better than any high end massage chair. I am glad we stopped by to see Jeb! If you are looking to buy a Lexus, Jeb is a great salesman. He is not pushy and has been truthful to us. Truthful means a lot! The service at Lexus is the best in town. We have owned a Camry and currently own a Ridgeline. Honda is just a notch below Lexus. Both dealerships wash the cars. Lexus vacuumed and cleaned the inside of the windows too. My experience was 5/5.

Did they call me with updates after it took twice as long as originally quoted? No. I had to call and ask the status. They will wash your vehicle after service. Not mine... Forrest the service manager said the was center was down. The GM Ken later said that wasn't true. Which was obvious considering two other cars being locked up at the same time were shiny clean. Just not mine. The interior was disgusting. Dash and steering wheel has grease and oil all over it. Did they even look in my van before saying it was done?? Get home and found rat droppings throughout my vehicle. My kids blankets and jackets had droppings and dirt all over them. Snacks we keep in our car for our kids... eaten. Goodie bags we keep to pass out to the homeless... chewed through and eaten. One of my seatbelts was 50% chewed through! My back up camera magically stopped working. Of course they said they would clean it and fix it. The day we pick up our cleaned van, we saw a rat come out from under the hood. I set a trap in the van and caught a rat! IN MY VAN. They refuse to refund me my money despite how bad my experience had been. They laughed off the potential of what could've happened if this rat had come out of hiding while we were driving down the road... cause an accident... bite my child. Awful customer service. When I told the GM Ken how angry I was and why I was mad at him and his dealership he hung up on me and refuses to talk to me. I could go on and on about our experience and everything that went wrong but I will soon be posting publicly about that in detail along with the many other people that have been taken advantage of by them, they just didn't have anywhere to post about it. We had to return our car to Huntsville around 4-5 times to get messups fixed only for the blame to be put on us, the customer. Below pictures are after they "cleaned" our car after we had to bring it back because as I was pulling out of their business, we noticed the tint was literally hanging off the windshield. We had to personally get this deep cleaned so it wouldn't damage the dash speakers from the gunk they left in our car. (When sent to them, responded with a catty (sorry your dash wasn't perfect.) We had to remove all of the excess tint they left scattered in the car and clean muddy footprints. I have to agree with the other reviews, rarely was the pickup time ever correct. Was told to pick up at 6 (the latest) and showed up 530 and left nearly at 8pm. Another customer was there that said they were told to pick up then too and they still hadn't left when I did. The bumper picture below is after they performed a full "repair" of the damage they claimed we caused the week they installed it. They attempted to charge $800 because they said they had to replace the entire bumper piece. Matt said he saw the damage when he received just didn't know if I wanted them to fix it so he didn't mention it to either of us, we had to point it out. They delivered my car back to my house and before we could even drive it we sent pictures AGAIN showing there was still damage and this time they couldn't blame us as we hadn't even driven it after delivery. Matt suggested "Jesus man, YOU could've hit something in your garage." Keep in mind Hornbuckle parked my car in our garage as we were in Tampa. We are blocked on text and Instagram by them. We have already spoken to a few with similar/worse stories than me. Would've been open to a conversation if the second we pointed out the damage, Matt wouldn't have said to my wife and I "Looks like yall hit something." After asking what their excuse was 4 times after delivering our car after their full replacement of the bumper, how the damage (shown in picture below) could even be there without the car being driven, no response. We wish we would've read the 1 stars on here before choosing them. I had to get multiple rentals and Ubers to make up for their messups and never once was offered anything for this. I promoted this company and in return received a botched job and an absolutely immature and irresponsible owner. When he responds like he does to most reviews with blaming the customer, know he will most likely do the same ole same ole and say that the first time we picked it up, it had no damage. Keep in mind this damage wasn't seen until AFTER we had to bring it back and leave with them for a two week checkup. (He claims he saw the damage but just chose not to tell us?) that's the day we pointed it out, not the day they kept us until almost 8pm. I pointed out to him that other people have publicly called him a "child" and he tried to pull a "I will not be belittled and called a child." before he blocked us. UPDATE: offered a partial refund but only if we brought back our brand new car to them for a 6th time (would never bring my car back) for them to remove the PPF, tint and ceramic. As we sit at a shop to fix their botched job, they told me straight up, why on earth would they want to remove it, it can't be used again... the only reason they could think was a petty business owner. I gave them every option to refund me without having to come back in so I wouldn't have to leave a review/post but unfortunately came to this.

I spoke with someone in service who said yes, he'd start the claim and call me back. He did call back once to get details about the crack, but after that, I never heard another word. I waited several days with no update and had to call back myself. The next person told me there was no record of my call, didn't know who I spoke to, and said they'd figure it out and call me back. No one did. When I called again, I was told no one had ever spoken to me and that the dealership doesn't handle windshield claims -- that I'd have to call the warranty company myself. When I did, the warranty company immediately confirmed a man named Jeff at the dealership had in fact started the claim. So not only did someone at the dealership speak to me, they lied and denied it. I then asked to speak with the manager to address how poorly this was handled. I was told he was out and that he'd call me back. That was September 14th. It's now weeks later -- and no one has ever called me. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. If you ever need service here, document every name, time, and call -- because clearly, they won't. Sales may be fine, but once you're in the door for service, it's a completely different story. This is not how a dealership should treat customers.

Despite spending over $2,300 on diagnostics and maintenance, the check engine light reappeared the next day. When we returned to the service dept, they indicated they received the same diagnostic reading but could only suggest running more diagnostics at additional costs. Seeking a second opinion at a local automotive shop revealed that the battery was corroded and the alternator was faulty--the battery supposedly was addressed by Infiniti and there was no mention of alternator issues in the multi-point inspection. Their lack of accountability and poor service in resolving the original problem is beyond frustrating and disheartening.
