He then has another person make and send you an estimate, scope of work somehow gets miscommunicated between him and the person generating the estimate. I didn't need to find out who would show to do the work or if the scope of work would be communicated to them. They were more than double cost and I would think if engaged to do the work it would have been horrible work and I would have been babysitting the job.
