We stopped into the Chocolate Factory passing through on our way home to Buffalo. The Chocolate Factory was open later on a Monday holiday night when we were in town, which was nice since much of the main drag was closed up by then. We popped in to poke around and grab a few sweets for the final leg home. There is a decent-sized case full of specialty chocolates like truffles, sponges, fudges, and lots of different filled chocolates. I asked the girl working if things were made in house, and she said yes or at a nearby facility. We snagged a couple chocolate-covered Oreos, and I tried a white chocolate orange truffle. The chocolates were all yummy, definitely tasted homemade. We also grabbed a mixed bag of salt water taffies. The taffy selection was fun, with several barrels of different flavors including some oddballs like peanut butter and jelly, passion fruit, and black licorice. Some flavors were fresher than others, but they were all pretty good. This is a small store, still with plenty of variety to support the sweet teeth in this small town. I do appreciate the later hours. The next time we're passing through Bradford, we'll pop in again to keep eating our way through the selections. :-) read more
