I have had three appointments made now that never happened because they never put it on the schedule or the doctor just isn't there. Most recently I called June 8th because the appointment in August was my kids first day of classes at college. That appointment in August was pushed back from January. January! They said they had an opening June 19 330. I live an hour away. I took it. Today is June 19. I realized, yet again, funny I never got a reminder text. I called. They had no record of the appointment and still had the one I cancelled on the books and of course the opening for 330 today is gone. Now it's July before we get in. This is an absolute mess. We live an hour away. Thanks to my past experience I knew to call first and low and behold another appointment never done. And the disgraceful part is that family asthma and allergy are the ONLY ones in western KY no matter what. Hopkinsville, Madisonville Paducah all the same people. No other choice. And they know it. Meantime my kid has hives her shots aren't working and they can't manage to get her in. I hate these people and I resent that we have no other choice than to have to deal with them. I hope corporate sees this, not that they care. Why would they, it's profits over patients as always.

I went in to Family Allergy and Asthma because of allergy symptoms I've had my entire life. New to…read morethe city, this was the place my primary doctor recommended. When I met with the doctor, she mentioned doing an allergy skin test. I explained I had one done the year prior in another state and gave my doctor's information so that they could ask for records. She explained that she would rather perform a new test. They didn't quote this with my insurance. They simply performed the tests, she recommended some nose sprays and sent me on my way. A month later I receive a massive bill for all the testing, which I was not prepared to pay for. I called their billing department and explained that the doctor never gave me an estimate for these tests and I felt this was unfair. The lady told me she would address this with her manager Theresa and have her call me back. A month past with no call back, I called once again. Same story. Theresa was still going to call me back. I placed a 3rd call with the same results, when suddenly I received a bill from a collection management company. I called Family Allergy once again to dispute the charges and they told me it was in the hands of the collection agency. I called the collection agency multiple times to dispute these charges. FA&A just kept telling me to dispute them with my insurance agency. I'm disputing this POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. By the doctor, by the billing department and by THERESA who never called me back. They didn't care, they just sent this to collections. They could have used the results from my previous doctor, they could have quoted me what the insurance would cover and what I would be expected to cover, they should have CALLED ME BACK. Instead, they got paid and that's all they care about.

I found him knowledgeable, and efficient. He addressed all my issues, and I would use his services again.When accessing healthcare providers we need to look at results, and not just personality.
