Fairly new to South Dakota we had no idea how bad it hails out here. Over the summer, after washing…read moreour 3 cars! We left them outside overnight and by the next morning, all 3 cars were pummeled with hail damage. Our vehicles were in new and fairly new condition and were originally purchased at a great price. So of course with inflation, buying a new car at that time would not be cost effective. Because of the extensive damage, I wasn't sure they'd be fixable. After lots of research, I came across Sioux Falls PDR. Read the reviews and decide to try them out. Gave them a call, left a message and quickly got a call back from Jack. Jack from the beginning was great. I didn't know where to start or what the process was and he was there to assist us every step of the way. I dropped off my 2021 INFINITI QX80 to jack and he did the rest. Working directly with our insurance company, which was being a complete pain from start to finish. Jack was there to advocate and assist on our behalf. Making sure we got what we needed to repair our vehicle back to how it was prior to the incident. He made sure that any replacement(s) parts needed would be factory original and was very thorough, very meticulous when repairing my vehicle. Jack made this entire process stress free start to finish. FINALLY got to the final stage of finishing my vehicle and hit another roadblock with the insurance company. My 2021 INFINITI QX80 needed to be calibrated after the repairs and our insurance was giving us some push back. They were questioning if a calibration was necessary or needed. Jack was great when explaining to us why this is needed and submitted all the paperwork they needed to get this completed and done right. The insurance company was trying to drag their feet but Jack was always there to make sure they made us a priority and got it done. He educated the insurance adjuster on the Calibration process and why it was needed so for that he would know for future reference. Per google: Calibration ensures that a vehicle's systems are optimized for safety, efficiency, and performance. A vehicle that hasn't been correctly calibrated can have reduced fuel efficiency, a higher likelihood of part failures, or even potential safety risks. I'm glad Jack talked me through this process so that I can have a better understanding going forward for future repairs how important it is. I highly recommend Sioux Falls PDR. You won't be disappointed.
