We went and had our taxes done and the person who even was training a new person on this form helped us. She went through all the steps and ended up never filing the form with our taxes. I made Tim the owner aware of this he acted as if it was my fault. I said we specifically asked for someone who knew how to file the form. When I called I practically had to beg him to call the irs to see what happened. He suggested we file an amended tax return and file separately. Because he didn't know why it wasn't submitted and kept blaming it on his software. Which would be his fault not mine. However nothing changed from the year prior, so I said I did not want to do that I wanted the correct form filed which the irs sent me a letter saying I could file if needed. We have filed this form for the last 5 years with no issue! It took one week from the day I called to tell him of his employees error to get the paper and for him to send it in and only because I kept calling him. I waited a whole month after not hearing anything and call to follow up. He can't tell me anything other than wait. He has never once apologized for his employees error. He's never offered to make the situation right not even to refund what we paid them to file our taxes. He doesn't offer to check or follow up on anything! This tax company has to be the worst! Horrible customer service from the owner himself!
