We have tried to support this small business multiple times but unfortunately we will have to take…read moreour business elsewhere. It is hard to get somebody to wait on you. When you go into the store you'll be standing around wondering if they saw you while they talk to their friends and ignore you. I happened to be on the phone with my husband as he was trying to purchase a $5000 blind and he was trying to get somebody's attention to wait on him. He ended up leaving to go buy one somewhere else. As a small business owner myself owning a retail store I would be appalled if my customers were retreated in this way. Especially when I called to speak to the owner and I have a discussion about this issue. This is not the first time it happened unfortunately at this store. When I called to discuss, I was greeted with an attitude and no apologies by the "manager" the only response was that they're busy. I would say they're not too busy to make a $5000 sale but maybe they have more business than they need. hopefully they can use this review and make their business better as no business likes to get a bad review, especially when it is true. We've tried to buy protein for our 3 feeders that we bought from them a few years ago and we have had to go elsewhere because of the attitude and unwillingness to make the sale as well. Maybe they can have a training session on how to have better customer service. I'm sure we are not the only ones that have experience this. If you're in the market for a blind, go to Ace Hardware or Moores farm and supply, they are much more friendly and eager for your money.
