They have no value for customers. Bought 30 gallons of propane. Got home and found they did not close the bleed valve completely and lose 50% of my fuel. Called them and the head manager said "well we don't know that you didn't do it" terrible customer service. I try and avoid doing any business with them. read more

I have been doing business with Brambleton/Northwest for over 30 years as a home owner and contractor. Not anymore. I am very disappointed in the pricing and service. I waited 2 days for the only person that has the ability to re-key a dead bolt lock to show up at the store. After calling, confirming and driving to the store I was told that he has no idea if and when he can get to it. No apology or anything. Went to Home Depot and found the item at half the price and people happy to help. Aside from being convenient Brambleton Northwest Hardware is a rip off. Save money go to Home Depot. read more

Apathetic employee in paint department couldnt mix paint without the lid becoming ajar. After his 3rd attempt, I left. He could have perhaps done a better job had he not be babbling on his cell phone the entire time. Will not return for any reason. read more
