On New Years Eve, I was fighting with a frozen heating system and had incredible service from John, Violet and then Shannon and finally Trevor their technician who came out and saved the day. I've always enjoyed their customer service and oil delivery, but this was above and beyond. read more

Moved to Kennebunk from Austin Texas and knew nothing about propane or fuel oil for residential use. Contacted Branch Brook upon the recommendation of a local homeowner and was able to get all the information needed. Checked with several other fuel suppliers on products, services and prices and determined Branch Brook was price competitive and provided all services on a timely basis. The office staff and drivers are very courteous, helpful and professional, and always deliver on schedule. read more
