Horrible Customer Service. I ordered my team's softball shirts 5-weeks before our first game and I had every thing typed up so it wouldn't be any typos. I was told they would be finish the end of the week which was fine. So fast-forward to a week before our first game. I went to pick up the shirts the adult shirt didn't have the team roster on back which it was suppose to, so I left those shirts there for them to fix. Once I get home and really start looking at our shirts I notice the letters wasn't press down firmly and looked like it could come up with one good washing. So I called and told them about that, and met up to give him the shirts back. So it's our first game day I get shirts back earlier that day, everything looked fine. Then I realize we don't have any Coach shirts. Yes, when I gave them a copy of the roster it plainly said Coach Jack & Jill. They didn't see that. So another week later we finally get coach shirts only to have my name missed spelled. My name was not only on the roster but on my text messages when I texted the guy. Then I had another parent that wanted a extra shirt, plus I was waiting on a new shirt with the correct spelling of my name and we are now on our 3rd week of waiting.
