Donna, Donna, Donna. What did the world do to deserve you? Clearly, you harbor some resentment…read moretoward your fellow man (and woman). Oh, Donna, shall we count the ways in which your wanton disregard for others is an affront to our shared humanity?
Well, Donna, thanks to your spiteful nature -- which destroyed my travel plans -- I happen to have some spare time. So, count them we shall!
First, Donna, is your inability to properly affix your face mask. Did no one tell you there was a pandemic on, Donna? (There is, and over 190,000 Americans have died thus far.) the virus is primarily transmitted through droplets which are carried on our breath through the air. This makes proper face mask protocol vital, Donna! In future interactions with customers, please do better and make sure your nose and mouth are covered.
Second, Donna, is your arbitrary rule making. You told me I could not pick up my car because the billing address on the reservation did not match the address on my driver's license. I later learned this was a lie, but in the moment you decided weaponizing fabricated bureaucracy was more important than allowing my travel to commence according to plan. You would make even the most disciplined technocrat in the Kremlin's misinformation campaigns squeal with glee.
Third, Donna, is your ability to quickly construct double standards when it suits you. As I waited to be disappointed by you, I stood inside behind another white woman. Once she left, a Black customer entered to wait behind me -- but it only took a few seconds for you to bark that only one customer was allowed to wait inside at a time. Back outside for them, Donna, leaving just you and me to witness the rest of your unprofessional and shameful behavior.
You are the epitome of self-righteousness, Donna. An angry little woman, earning her pleasures by causing misery for others.
