Kevin was unwilling to supply the second key fob and told me I needed to pay for it if I wanted it. He was a bully who thought he could push a female around. Turns out it's the law that they sell the vehicle with two fobs! He did finally agree to cover the cost of the second fob, but only because he was told to do so by his employer. This man is the reason I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership.
