Brandy is a lifesaver and let me explain why. I have two dogs (one big, one small). They have to do everything together or they have a mental breakdown. I can't tell you how many times I have gone to a groomer and they had to call me to pick up the dogs earlier than expected because one was barking the whole time while the other was getting groomed. Having Brandy come to my apartment complex and being able to have one dog go in at a time while the other hangs out with me is life-changing for me and my dogs. I can never say I have had the pleasure to have such an amazing pet groomer clean my pups up to perfection like she did in my own complex, I reached out to her from a recommendation, and she was able to come last minute which was a plus to the fiat impression because I was desperate ! And she knew exactly what she was doing she has skills that I have never seen been done on my pups before, she really cares a lot about the animals she works with and gives all the effort to make them look and feel amazing their attitude changed right when they finished they really enjoyed her presence and felt really comfortable around her, and she made them feel safe and secure ! My Shih Tzu's regular grooming place was closed due to the covid-19 shutdown. He was in desperate need of a haircut because his fur was growing over his eyes. However, she never texted or called me back to reschedule. Even after this fact I still decided to make another appointment for 11/26 at 12:30 pm which was an available time on her website. Let's fast-forward, it's 11/26 already past 12:30 and there is still no sign of Brandy's Mobile Pet Salon. I decided to call her which leaves me with no response. Why have available times on your website if you are not going to show up?! If you say you are going to reschedule with a potential client, please keep your word. I just got my little rescue dog groomed with Brandy for the first time. It went really awesome! She kind of looks like a mini Shepard so her fur on her back legs gets really long. Brandy asked what I wanted and I couldn't believe how shiny, soft, and great my dogs fur felt and smelled! She trimmed the hair perfectly and her nails were trimmed nicely too.
