This laundromat, plus wash-and-fold did exceptional work from start to finish! They picked up my loads in a timely manner, and brought them back just as quickly. Everything was folded beautifully, but what pleased me the most was how my garments and other washables were separated according to category - like a bag for tops, a bag for pants, a bag for sheets etc., Sarah, Nicole and Gary are also very friendly and helpful. I've been in nicer laundromats -- there's a super nice on in Aurora --- and I've been in many worse ones (pretty much everywhere else). This one is okay. It seems well maintained and the machines are fairly clean. I like that there are giant washing machines, so if you have a ton of laundry to get through, you can pile it into one huge washer and save some time. There are some pretty big dryers as well. The place is brightly lit and while not spotless, it's mostly clean. My daughter and I were there during the evening, but she told me that she'd been there during the day and that the owner is normally on-site, overseeing everything. If you have to go to a laundromat, choose this one.

Faced with a few different options, we settled on Suds - and I'm glad we did. I've walked by this place so many times that I almost forgot it existed. Going inside, you're greeted with a massive number of options. The front desk allows you to buy per-load detergent or softener, including a couple of variants like Oxi-Clean (obligatory shout-out to my boy Billy Mays). There are approximately 25 dryers and 20 washers, with the latter costing anywhere from $3.50 - $8 (for large loads like comforters and bedding). There's a "valet" service where you can pay about $20 to have one of the employees handle your laundry on-site, with a note put on some washers for customers to pick up their stuff. We found the process to be straightforward and easy. There's a change machine on-site that dispenses coins for $5, 10 or 20 bills. Despite the note on the machine, it doesn't dispense tokens. The dryers are relatively cheap, and it pays (literally) to go during some weeknights, as it's half-price per 10 minutes of drying time. The place was a hive of activity on the Sunday I went, with most being older residents - the exception being the temptress employee who looked way too young and walked around doing laundry in a halter top and low-cut shorts while stealing glances. Your charms don't fool me. If I have a criticism of this place, it's the parking out back. While there is parking, it's not immediately noticeable from the street, and we had a car who parked in a tight spot beside our vehicle when there was a whole row of empty spots on the other side (albeit marked with "Reserved" signs. That said, there's a lot to love. One 30-minute wash cycle is good enough for most loads, and 30 minutes of dryer time is adequate. The site is easy to access (it even has wheelchair-accessibility), and everyone is generally friendly. Suds is well worth visiting in a pinch, and I can see why it's been a mainstay of the Port Credit community for so long. Recommended.

On top of all brand new washers and dryers, we have a brand new comfortable seating area with tables in between each seat, as well as 6 brand new stainless steel folding tables and laundry carts. All of our machines take quarters, loonies and toonies, and if you have bills only, we have a change machine fully functioning and ready to go as well for you. We also have an attendant who is fantastic and offers wash/dry/fold that can be reached all day that lives across the street if they are not currently on location by calling the store, so they are never more than 1 minute away if you have any questions or if something else that comes up that needs their attention. I visited this laundromat for the first time today. The first thing I noticed was the strong smell of mold in the air. That is when know that the washers are not properly cleaned and maintained. I washed my cloths in two Maytag washers. The first thing that made me angry was the timer on the Maytag washers finish quickly. It would go from 10 minutes to 7 minutes in less than 30 seconds. Second it does not fill enough water in the barrel so your clothes will never be washed properly and the soap will never rinse out of the fabric. I also noticed the water stayed cold the whole cycle eventhough I chose warm wash. There was no option for hot wash. As a result my clothes came out with stains on them that could have been washed out. These owners should be ashamed of themselves. I am sure they are aware of this and do it still to make money. Perhaps they think people do not work hard for their money. Stop playing games with the public and use the money earned to maintain your obviously damaged washers. DO NOT WASH YOUR CLOTHES HERE!
