Well, son shows up first thing this morning and was SOOOOO professional, personable, kind and polite. He asked me to describe what was going on and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. He then went above and beyond in checking my outdoor HVAC and coolant pressures. The new capacitor he placed in the cooling part of my furnace had my AC blowing ice cold immediately after installing. After going so long without AC, Aire Serv is my new hero! I'm extremely happy with their service and if you want immediate service, call them up. Kindest, most professional folks you will ever meet. The fact that they don't try to "find" things to bill you for makes their service so valuable and worth it. I'm just so happy not to have to suffer through another hot night. The office personnel answered my questions and informed me the part was delivered. Of course, things can go wrong. and they did: my unit turned on but didn't turn off. I called about it and the problem was fixed, a new thermostat was needed. I just want to say this company in Douglas and Valdosta was great! Their prices were reasonable. Everyone was professional. The gentlemen who came to my house to look over the unit, inside and outside, were wonderful. They spent the time to answer my questions and point out to me the broken parts. I'm will use this company for all my air and heating problems.

Had a concession trailer built here in their commercial department and work is not what I paid for…read more Also has unnecessary holes in sheet metal from propane tank being installed at wrong place and has been moved and now has unnecessary holes that have been plugged with urethane. The generator box was also improperly installed and needs to be turned and they refuse to properly fix. Also received damaged freezer and scratches on cooler (fridge). Trailer was delivered with scratched counters and hole in floor around gas pipes that was not properly sealed. Several other things as well and Sammy that works for the is a liar about work and timeframes and caused me to mis shows. Will seek an attorney and will post reviews everyday until this is taken care of.
