Wow. 10/10. This restaurant has one of the best happy hours in the city when it comes to taste, quality, and price. We were able to enjoy multiple appetizer and food options including croquettas, salad, burgers, even steak and frites was on the HH menu. I don't doubt any other food item we would have ordered would have been nothing short of delicious. Service at the bar was excellent. The interior design of this restaurant is swanky, elegant, and so inviting!

Very flavorful, beautiful ambiance, great service. Manager came to table touch a few times and recommend some delicious dishes. The coconut mojito mango dessert is a amazing mid of flavor

Panisse, made mostly from chickpeas though based on the menu we thought it'd be a salad! lol

Had an amazing happy hour experience here! Happy hour runs daily (Monday - Saturday), 4:30-6pm AND 9-11pm. We chose to eat at the bar, not sure if the happy hour is also avail throughout the restaurant. Had a nice warm welcome from the hostess, as well as the bartender and waitstaff. Beautiful interior, with chandeliers and upscale decor. But also very comfortable and lively atmosphere, had fun chatting with the bartender and other patrons next to us. Really enjoyed everything we ordered (all from the happy hour menu): glasses of white and red wine, a shot + beer, Panisse, and the Burger & Frites. SO GOOD! What a wonderful addition to the neighborhood, will be back for sure!

We decided to go off-Strip for a meal before the No Doubt concert at the Sphere and found this 'hidden-gem!' Nestled in the corner of a strip mall, it's pretty unassuming, but once you walk inside it's a tastefully gaudy little place. They have some super fun cocktails and we tried a few different ones, all of them were well-made and good. They had a 'smokey' old fashioned that was a fun presentation. The menu is diverse and there were too many options to choose just one thing. We opted to do a little impromtu tasting menu (although they do offer a Chef's Tasting Menu, as well as a gluten free menu, if that's your thing) and, because we are void of any self control, we tried about seven things. Everything was delicious and most had great eye appeal. The service was excellent, from hostess to server, to food/drink runners. This is a new favorite in Las Vegas and we will be back any time we visit the city. Cannot recommend more highly!

This place is supposedly new. I heard they about about 4 months ago. Went here and tried their food. They have the croquet with ham on top that was delicious. They have these long and skinny potato sticks. At first I thought it was yucca but they are actually potatoes. They come with a diping sauce and they are fried, crispy and tasty. We also tried their short braised ribs which was flavorful and tender. They have an appetizer that is a coca bread with tomatoes on top. This appetizer was so delicious and I tasted a little sweetness just I very much enjoyed. The ambiance was cozy but can be romantic. They have dimmed lights. The service was good.

Wonderful experience at Braseria by EDO from the ambiance to the service to the food. Everything we had was delicious.

Heard a lot about Braseria by EDO, we were anxious to try it with friends. In a small strip mall with a couple of other restaurants and a limited parking lot. Getting a spot on a Saturday night was a bit of a challenge (tip:more spots around back of the restaurant). Enter by walking up a flight of stairs. Entering the restaurant is impressive - the huge beautiful chandeliers make quite an impression. They honored our reservation on a crowded Saturday night - another big plus. We started by sharing the Catalan olive oil bread ($8 with a $2 upcharge if you want butter with the bread!). Four cubes of bread nicely presented on a platter (see photo). The bread was quite tasty and didn't really need the butter. Unfortunately, for me that was the highlight of the meal. My wife and I shared the bravas potatoes ($12). This was described as layered potatoes with a brava sauce. To me, it looked and tasted like a cigar shaped steak fry - really nothing special (though the sauce was good). Next we shared the French Onion ($25). Described as Gruyère cappelletti with a charred onion broth in the pasta section of the menu, it is a small portion of French onion soup with a little cappelletti pasta in it. It gets high points for presentation but just OK as far as taste goes. Next came the mushroom skewers ($11). A special for the evening. Presentation was disappointing and flavor was even less good. Very disappointing. Finally the risotto ($28). Described as saffron risotto with tiger shrimp, Iberico lardo, and English peas. Another disappointing dish. The serving pieces were very impressive. They left a beautiful carafe of water on the table for us. However, after we refilled our glasses, we needed to flag down a busboy to refill the carafe. In most high end restaurants, the server will reappear shortly after the food is brought to the table. Our server reappeared when we were nearly done (when I told her she had forgotten my adult beverage). Overall, very disappointing. We won't be going back.

Braseria By Edo is a sort of Spanish/French Fancy restaurant and bar located close to the Las Vegas Strip. This restaurant is also on a second level so you either have to walk up stairs or use an elevator to arrive. My review is only for the food we tried from the Happy Hour Menu. I will start off by saying the manager and the bartender were very welcoming to us. I didn't have a reservation so we were told that we could only sit at the bar. We were given happy hour menus. In reasonable time our orders arrive. I tried the (ground in house) burger & frites (I asked for medium). I was told that this is a 10 ounce burger so I cut it in half. The burger doesn't look medium and looks well done but is unusually juicy. The plate was garnished with a pickle that was also garnished with small green peppers. I tried the pickle and it was too acidic for my taste. Then I tried to pick up the burger. The burger is covered with a TON of bravo sauce and lots of thin onions. The bun is the softest bun that you can imagine (angel food cake would be much sturdier) This bun is more like cotton candy and doesn't support the burger or fillings and pieces of the burger are falling out all over the place. It is IMPOSSIBLE to pick up this burger and eat it. So I ate it with a knife and fork. The ONLY REASON that I didn't complain or send it back is because the flavors of the burger and embellishments were good but in my mind this is a fail of a burger because it is too fragile and also TOO MESSY to pick up and eat. This platter also came with frites and house made ketchup vinaigrette. The frites were good but the vinaigrette came with this unusual building heat. At the time I wasn't sure if the heat came from the fries or the ketchup so the fries were very hard for me to eat (and I usually enjoy spicy foods but this became too spicy). My husband tried the Skirt Steak and Frites. The bartender told him that they serve it medium-rare. He got a steak that was cooked very unevenly. Some of it was over cooked and he said half of it was under cooked and rare. He said this type of steak isn't good rare because it was stringy. He said over all it was ok for the price so he didn't complain. To the Chef you get credit for creating the juiciest messiest burger ever but it should go on a roll or something else that supports it. Also too much heat builds up from the ketchup vinaigrette. If you fix those two things everything could be better. This review is only for the happy hour burger and skirt steak. The chef's other restaurants are very good especially ANIMA.

Ambiance: super cute restaurant! clean, modern, & has a Parisian feel to it Service: excellent service. i wish i could remember my servers name. he was so nice & gave fantastic suggestions Food: food here is delicious! there wasn't any dish we found mediocre. Started with the bread, french butter, & iberico. the potato bravas is DELICIOUS - i wanted another one. we got the mushroom ravioli to share which was good. i got the risotto - it was such a comforting meal with so much flavor. my bf got a filet mignon & we really enjoyed the seasoning of it! drinks were also tasty as well we can't wait to be back! i believe the owner is the one who greeted and seated us. he told us about his other restaurants & we can't wait to check it out!

I'm excited to claim Braseria as Las Vegas' newest gem. The main focus is Spanish tapas in the classic sense with French (and some Asian) flair. Any fans of the original EDO or Anima should without a doubt give it a try, and even if you haven't been to those places but are a lover of classic Spanish pintxos, I am confident that you'll find Braseria to be a worthwhile visit. To make it even better, they offer a 2 happy hour time slots (4:30-6 and 9-11) with a large portion of the menu items being $4-$7 off. Food-excellent, some items were decadent and shareable and even though portions were smaller, my party and I left completely stuffed and satisfied for a very reasonable price. The highlights of the meal were: hamachi crudo, prawn cigars, French onion pasta, and the Paris-Brest. The stuff of dreams. Service- great, food came out fast and servers were friendly and attentive. My friend didn't know what cocktail to get and our server got the bartender to make her something off menu to accommodate her tastes. Ambiance- absolutely gorgeous. Glistening chandeliers and tasteful artwork. Fancy, but not intimidating.

Okay, let me be real, I almost didn't come to Braseria by EDO because half the menu looked like it might still be swimming Raw anything is way outside my comfort zone. But I'm really glad I pushed past that. I tried oysters for the first time and they were incredibly fresh. I even went for escargot(never thought I'd say that), and it was surprisingly amazing. Will I order those again? Honestly... maybe not. But I'm SO glad my first experience was here because the quality was undeniable. Now let's talk about the hot dishes, because wow. The saffron risotto was a cheesy, rich dream. The whole Dover sole was cooked perfectly (yes, you have to watch for those tiny bones), but it's absolutely worth it. And that brown butter drizzle? Unreal. The steak was solid too, but the seafood definitely stole the show. Service was top-tier, attentive without being overbearing. My glass was never empty, and the table was always spotless. The vibe was like a hidden French place with a twist of Spanish. Mellow amber lighting, varied seating, and a great selection of mocktails and cocktails. Overall, if you're a little hesitant like I was, just go. Step outside your comfort zone here you'll be in very good hands.

With Chef Oscar now dedicating the majority of his focus to Amador it was after a lengthy build-out that Braseria by EDO finally opened on a Tuesday in February, but as with the EDO Gastrotapas & Wine and Anima the result seeks to redefine what Las Vegas thinks is possible outside the tourist corridor. The fourth EDO Hospitality Group project, along with La Loba in Seattle, Braseria occupies a long-empty second floor space on Paradise Road and does so with a blend of Apolo Torres' now-familiar art amidst the opulence of several chandeliers, brass fittings, tan leather and a beautiful bar. Tapping Anima's Chef Tayden Poha-Ellamar for menu development, though execution finds itself in the capable hands of Executive Chef Roberto Higuera, Braseria offers its version of French Cuisine by way of Barcelona with all the precision one might expect from a team that has spent time in the kitchens of Joel Robuchon. Accessed by staircase or elevator, the outdoor terrace affording Strip-views before entering a room with vaulted ceiling over tiled floors, guests are greeted by a hostess prior to both Joseph Mikulich and Roberto Liendo who lead a team of familiar faces from EDO's past. Already operating like a veteran project, the open kitchen quiet and fluid while staff exudes friendly professionalism, beverages by Joseph Arakawa cut a wide swath with options like "Peaches & Cream" well-suited to delicate openers such as EDO's Caviar Egg or raw preparations including Scallops with assertive Granita. A decidedly sexy spot, curved booths and partitions dividing an otherwise open floor-plan, Hamachi shines atop an unexpected combination of Duck Liver and Sauce à L'orange while tableside Beef Tartare with torched Marrow competes for the spotlight with a yellow riff on EDO's memorable vegan "Green Tartare." A serious eatery that is not afraid to have fun, "Croqueta" riffing on Croque Monsieur and Tarte Tatin crowned by seared Foie Gras each stunning examples, "French Onion" Cappelletti feel as though they suffer a bit in their Vegetarian composition though "Ravioles au Dauphine" more than make up for any disappoiment with immense depth of flavor. Onward to Entrees, though fans of Bravas and other EDO staples will find them available, EDO's love of Pluma Iberica sees a lean cut highlighted by Capers, Peppers, Olives and Onions while flaky Cod comes in light Broth perfumed by Leeks and Almonds. Not a Brasserie forgetting Steak, Australia Beef at fair prices offered a la carte with sides and Sauces, Dessert already points to plans for a tasting menu as "Mojito Semifreddo" proves a nice segue to the shareable Paris Brest with several textures of Bananas and Caramel.

Love the EDO group and Braseria is a great addition. A French inspired restaurant yet clearly identifiable as their style & vibe, really well put together. Cocktails are outstanding standouts are any of the G&T tableside & a Cigarettes after sex (Rye, Tobacco bitters). Wine list looks awesome will get into that next time. So many good bites is tough to pick favorites but highly suggest golden tartar (love the temperature and textures), iberico pluma with olives and crispy potato, Hamachi & foie mousse. Hard to pull off that many truly unique dishes as well as they do in a new restaurant and they clearly punched them right in the face. Maybe best beef tartar ever? Service staff was excellent, truly as good if not better than any fine dining on the strip, even the younger team members have been trained with the utmost grace. Can't wait to go back.

We had an excellent time on June 19th. The restaurant is visually stunning, and is very pleasing to the eye. It reminds you of what a Parisian cafe may look like in an upscale or polished state. Our server was quite pleasant and she was very professional and timely in what she did. We each ordered a cocktail, and then it was time for the main brunch entrees. I ordered the French Toast, which is a massive thick piece of deliciously fried bread with vanilla mascarpone, almond brittle and syrup. On the side, I had my favorite dish from this restaurant (which I have had before), which is the Macaroni Gratinee. My Husband and I shared the sides and he got the duck fat fries, which were also very good. Overall, a solid experience at Bardot, and I would continue to return in the future.

Restaurant Week brought us here tonight, it was our first time here…read more It's a really cute French Place with decent food and a server who started off with a real nasty and argumentative attitude but cooled down as the night went on...I'll explain. We arrived and were greeted by Abbie our server. We were seated quickly and received bread and water. As we looked over the Restaurant Week Menu, I noticed that on the menu Abbie gave us it showed an up-charge for the Sole. I asked her about this as online what they provided to Restaurant Week as their menu it did show an up-charge for the Filet and the Duck but not the Sole. Abbie immediately started to argue with me stating it may be an old posting which I said no it's current and I don't have an issue with the up-charge if there is one now, it's just not showing online so I was just asking, it's really not a big deal to me. She stated she would look at the website and talk to the owner but she definitely had a negative attitude toward us for asking and it continued for a bit. We started with the French Onion Soup and the Warm Crusted Pistachio Goat cheese with Onion Jam & Honey. The onion soup was good, it was not your traditional onion soup with a beef broth that is served in most places. This soup has a light chicken tasting broth but was really good. It is definitely the region of France this comes from and I liked it. The Warm Crusted Pistachio Goat cheese with Onion Jam & Honey, comes with bread. I took a piece and put the cheese on the bread and scooped down to the onion jam & honey. I immediately picked up the smell of cinnamon which I am allergic to, so when Abbie came around again, my friend was eating it and I asked Abbie if there was cinnamon in it. She immediately got defensive and looked at my friend and in a very rude and condescending tone said "you don't like it"??? I replied yes she likes it, but I'm allergic to cinnamon and I need to know if it had cinnamon in it. She walked off in a huff and shortly came back and said yes, it had cinnamon, nutmeg and 22 other spices in it and it's a Moroccan style. I said ok thank you, I will not try this as I'm allergic. Abbie then dropped her attitude and asked if there were any other allergies which we said no. Other people started coming in including a table with people who were people she knew and after that her personality completely changed and she became friendlier. Our entrees were really good. The sole my friend said was good and my Flank Steak was cooked ok. It was not exactly as requested but close and tasted really good. The desserts were both rich with real chocolate French style and were enjoyed. In closing, the food was ok, I don't think the prices on the regular menu are that bad but honestly, there are better places in town and friendlier staff so I won't be back. If Abbie did not argue with me over their obvious discrepancy and did not get an attitude over a question about an allergy, maybe I would give this place another try. As of now, I don't plan on coming back to this one.

I want to shout out our very attentive server, Patrick. He made our dinner feel so much more informed and intimate. I was unable to take a picture of the set menu and the restaurant changed the menu the next day... so the names of the dishes are from memory. The food was exquisite. Every single dish was perfectly thought out and complimented each other so well. The entire set menu emulated spring with bright, green ingredients. Foie Gras with wine reduction and parmesan cheese foam (5/5): Beautiful introduction. The foie gras was so creamy and delicious. It was almost custard-like with how soft it was. It was fatty, savoury, and a great way to introduce the rest of the set menu. Salad (4.5/5): I loved this! The flavours were so bright and the veggies were so naturally crispy. The chef did a really good job in bringing out the natural acidity of the vegetables. Really was able to indulge in these flavours after the fatty foie gras. Scallop carpaccio topped with caviar and a side of beets (5/5): I would never think to put beets with scallops? This was so good. The umami of the caviar paired with the acidity of the sauce really hit heights. The texture of the carpaccio was perfect as well, almost a melt in your mouth experience. Pea (?) soup with lobster puree (5/5): Not gonna lie, best pea soup I ever had. I didn't even know you could elevate pea soup in this way. The lobster... essence? Puree? Beautiful addition to the soup. 10/10 would have it again. And I don't enjoy peas. Crispy tartine topped with a quail egg, morel mushrooms, asparagus, and parmesan cheese (5/5): Tartine was perfectly flaky, buttery, and crispy. All of the toppings were excellent as well. When everything was eaten together, all the flavours were so GOOD. Savoury, buttery, umami goodness!! Korean fish on couscous with tomato consume (4/5): Perfectly balanced dish. The fish was well cooked. Very soft and tender. Steak tartare with frites and bread (5/5): SO WELL SEASONED. Usually with steak tartare at other places, I have issues with it being too acidic or overly seasoned. But this was perfection with the fries. NY strip with porcini (?) mushrooms and mashed potatoes (5/5): Very well seared, perfectly cooked and a soft tender experience. The sauce on the side worked so well with the meat. A5 Wagyu with porcini (?) mushrooms and mashed potatoes (5/5): A REAL melt in your mouth experience. I did not have to chew it practically melted in my mouth and was so so SO worth the additional price tag. Yuzu ice dessert with popping candy(?): I'm unsure if they used actual popping candy but whatever they did worked so good with the dessert! It was such a lovely addition to the set menu. Really brought back childhood memories! Yuzu ice cream with pandan sponge cake and (?) wafers sprinkled with assorted nuts and gelee (5/5): I thought this dish had the prettiest presentation. The dessert was also very well thought out and was super creamy and refreshing!

As soon as we walked into the restaurant and sat at the bar, there was no greeting or…read moreacknowledgement for a good 5 minutes - no waters, no menus, no hi we'll be right there. The place was not busy and the bar was at least half empty. Had a show in 30 mins so was in bit of a rush and wanted a fast foie gras slider. There were about 15 people working and walking around behind the bar and the servers tending to people around us. Staring at everyone and waiting forever, I had to wave someone down to just be seen to get someone to take my order of what I already wanted. Told him my concern and tried to place an order with him but then he said he will let my server know... He went M.I.A for a good 3 minutes. No communication if my order went through or not. This was giving me Huge Anxiety and cannot remember how terrible lacking of service I have had in a long time!!! Then Johnathan, the manager, with the wild peacock hair came over and again, I had to repeat the bad service and now 10 minutes have passed by with not knowing where the guy that was going to tell my server went, leaving me with 20mins left to spare. He said he'll put that in for me and it seemed to have been rushed a lil to accomodate the lack of service. Guessing who was supposed to be our server came way later, after this whole fiasco. This could have gone way smoother if we had a server ready to go in front of us instead of being in the back for a long time with no one to jump in quickly as soon as we sat down Got the lil sliders quick but the fries were soggy and the foie gras was cold. Asked if the foie was supposed to be cold and the server said it should be warm since it's seared, it was completely cold. I touched all four sides and it was cold AF! Manager came over again and again I said the same thing. He said that don't I have a show to get to and that they're not a "fast food" restaurant. That is laughable because yeah it's not because anyone would get better service at a fast food chain than there! I said the beef patty was hot and well cooked but somehow the foie that needed less cooking time than the beef was somehow cold. And if you want to talk about fast... Doesn't seared mean a high-heat cooking technique used to quickly brown the surface of food?! Few seconds on each side and the foie should have been warmed up easily! He just got quiet and said he will take it off the bill. If you are not a fast food restaurant then don't try to play off cooking fast food items if you can't even do that properly! I asked where the wine I had was from and he said the Somm would know, I'm sure he would but I was asking him. He did ask the Somm and told me where it was from since I wasn't going to get a chance to speak with him anyways, he wasn't going to stop by The place looked the same as it has years ago - dark, lame and dingy. They need a revamp of the interior as well as their attitudes and their poor service. Seems like this place has gone way downhill

The bartenders were also my waiters. They were amazing. They kept me company. They were so nice, friendly and very knowledgeable of each course. Let's talk about how beautiful and elegant the restaurant looked. I looked around and the modern decor was gorgeous. It really is a fine dining experience. I chose the 7 course meal, which was perfect for me. The chef went to Scotland recently so the theme had Scottish influence. Each course was presented beautifully. There was a short story for every course as well. Each course was truly a culinary experience. The flavors were decadent and full of flavor. I was told that the menu changes every month. So you ask, will I return? Yes, absolutely. I have to experience this again.

It was the single worst restaurant I've ever been too. Not even in the same universe as other restaurants at the same price point. Food was mediocre and was either bland or inedible. Wine pairings fell flat which makes sense considering the food. Service is cloying-- almost gauche-- and by the ninth course, completely overbearing. Restaurant build-out is cheap. Overall, the experience felt like it was produced by amateurs trying their best.

Thank goodness for Bouchon Bakery being conveniently located just outside of the North Tower elevators. The pastries here are top notch. I love their croissants. Probably some of the best I've had, and I've tried many. Flaky on the outside and light and moist on the inside. Clean flavor shows they use a good quality butter. Paired with a vanilla latte. So good! The coffee they use is delicious. They offer almond and oat milk at an additional cost. I'll overlook that because their coffees really are that good. Service is quick and friendly. The barista gets those coffees out quickly so don't worry if there's a line. Very happy to start my day here each morning.

Line wasn't crazy at 10am. Cold brew was mild and dangerously drinkable. I spoiled myself on pastries with a Kouign-amann, everything bagel croissant, and a chocolate-almond croissant alongside a slice of spinach quiche. The Kouign-amann was incredible. Buttery, flakey, and caramelized. A delight of flavors, textures, and aromas. Absolutely a must-order. For something more savory, the everything bagel croissant was flakey and coated to the max with everything bagel topping. The quiche was a little disappointing. It was well set and creamy, but the crust was a bit dense. Spinach quiche is a little boring anyway; I would reorder it in a different flavor for sure. Sadly the chocolate almond croissant was simply not good. Something about combining the almond filling with the chocolate made the interior dense and unappetizing. I thought this would be my favorite but in the end I took only a few bites.
