Salad served with the schnitzel was crisp, good amount of balsamic, maybe a little heavy on the oil. Schnitzel itself was average, cranberry/walnut sauce/side was great but minimal. Thick cut fries were great. Waited a while for service acknowledgement so I could request ketchup- ketchup was not for me, but maybe someone else would consider it gourmet - it tasted like it had Indian curry powder mixed into it or something. After having my plate cleared and requesting my check, I did wait longer then I would have liked. But, they do accept American Express, which is nice.

My ordered the spätzle with mountain cheese, leeks, and roasted onions. The roasted onions added so much good flavor to this dish. The salad was good with some oil and vinegar dressing. I ordered the ribs and as I'm from Texas, I was skeptical. They were delicious with the meat so tender and falling off the bone. I added French fries which were crispy and delicious. The sauerkraut coleslaw added so much to this dish. The service was good. We were in and out in about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
