We started things off with their delicious assorted fried seafood appetizer, which had the most tender calamari ever! We got two different kinds of bouillabaisse between the three of us and we thought they were both amazing. They bring out a tray of the seafood that goes into the various bowls and ladle in the broth afterwards. It's an interesting way of presenting and serving that definitely built up anticipation! Accompanied by fresh crusty bread that you smear with fresh garlic and top with grated cheese, it was a very satisfying meal. Inside, they sell art and have an eclectic collection of ceramics and other knick knacks. There are only a few (two?) dining spots inside but they set up tables and chairs as needed across the street. My favourite part of the night was when a few musicians (regulars?) busted out their guitars and played an impromptu bluegrass concert for the restaurant. They were fantastic! I had a salmon salad - I remember it being very lemony and there being lots of sliced cucumbers, but not much else. It was served with a fried potato and a purée of some sort. The whole dish was well designed and perfectly executed. This plate was also played beautifully. Dessert was perfect.
