Better pay for her employees, more flexibility with her clients. As time went on, other agents started calling her asking if they cloud place their licenses under her brokerage. Fast forward 3 years, two satelitte offices were formed, one in Cottleville and one in Chesterfield. This is a place that believes in the Golden Rule and truly treats every customer like they would want to be treated. Bratton Realty only wants the best lenders and rates for their clients. Shellie Bratton is the broker-owner of Bratton Realty. She has a Finance Degree from Missouri State University, 1990. She was a manager at an Insurance Company prior to following her passion for real estate getting her license in the year 2000. She went on to becoming a double digit, multi-million dollar, producer winning endless awards. Her favorite award was in 2014 when she was recognized as America's Top Agent for Customer Service. She has always felt that if the client is happy, then she's happy, and that a business highly generated by referrals from past client's was the goal. It's just important to her that her clients are blown away by the services she, and now her company, provides.
