Their menue has many different dishes with meat and I have to say that the vegetarian card is rather small and disappointing - so good I am a pescetarian lol. I liked that they also serve "Senioren Teller" which are smaller versions of the usual dishes for people who can't eat that much. This was perfect for us one of us had special diet conditions due health issues. We ordered one of these Senioren Teller with salad and a Hacksteak (kind of a fancy patty I guessed), two of their venision plate with potato and a trout with salad for me. We also had some beer from the region which was nice. My family liked their dishes a lot while I was satisfied with mime but not overwhelmed. The trout was fried which left the fish itself unseasoned. The meat itself was nice and the salad was good to. Compared to other restaurants I've been to it was a solid performance. I haven't been to any other restaurants in Wernigerode but this one looks like a decent one for me.
