The Braunschweiger Hutte is just plan awesome and this I can assure you of. I spent a whole WEEK in this hut, while doing some high alpine training and this place was ready to serve. The rooms were stocked with 4 sturdy bunk beds and the room itself was extremely clean for hut. The toilets were cleaned daily and the 3 showers were perfect and for 50 euro cents you even get some hot water. Heaven! And after hiking 7 hours with 12 men you defiantly want that warm water to bath. The food - outstanding - We were served a different 3 course meal each night and one was tastier than the other. The beer - cold like it should be - but the hut also served various drinks as well. ;-) The outside seating was always full, but what do you except with such great service and outstanding staff.
