After calling the help desk number at about 03.10 to enquire about a locksmith the call was answered immediately by a gentleman who was extremely helpful. Then within 10 minutes their engineer phoned me for directions and with 20 minutes he was on site and the whole job was completed in less than an hour - amazing service!!!! The engineer was polite and professional and the service exceptional ! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a locksmith service. Brilliant! well done.

There was no particular reason why it stopped. The key didn't look broken and no one else was having problems. At first I went to a few local key cutters to see if they could help, but no luck. They directed me to Timpson, a chain of professional shoe repair and duplication. But no luck either. It's a very special security key. Had I known about Barry Bros to begin with, I would have saved so much time going in between lunches to try and fix this issue. They are truly amazing and quick at what they do! I was in there for 10 mins and they made perfect key copies that worked! The downside is that they are more pricy then your local ma & pa shop. But if you have a busy schedule, you'll save time trying other places!

Wouldn't even give these cowboys 1 star! I'd rather be struggling and unemployed than work for…read morethese clowns. Treat staff like absolute scum, pay is always wrong, don't accept their payroll mistakes and come up with the most random "excuses", think they can just make up rules as they go along despite having contracts in place. If you know what's good for you I'd avoid this company full stop. If you accept work or for them to win a contract on your projects and sites then more fool you as your being seriously ripped off. Management up to directors are a complete joke, this is one company I'd happily see go bust and they would truly deserve it.
