I was referred to Mrs. Kinda Flagg of Simplicity Realty and started coordinating with her via telephone and emails. She is super friendly and very patience with me. She practically had to "dumb down" everything for me just so I understand and feel comfortable knowing what I'm signing up for. Once I got to Texas on my house hunting trip, I was expecting to have a hard time looking at these beautiful homes and deciding. We literally found our home on the same day we flew in lol. We saw approximately 6-8 homes before finding the home we wanting for a deal that was very affordable and fit the little timeframe we had to move in. She picked us up from our hotel and drove all over the place. She's a local realtor and is from the Bryan/College Station area so she knows her way around. My wife and I felt she provided amazing customer service which led us to buying our very first home (3bd, 2.5baths, 1 study room, 2 stories, laundry room, 2 car garage, patio, backyard, 2225sq ft living, and 5600sq ft property for a fraction of what a Hawaii home costs). If you don't know what to do or perhaps you do know, but don't know who to go through because you're not from this area, please give her a call because I recommend her 110%. Our realtor emailed him a question, he just answered, "Thanks for getting back to me," and didn't answer her question. He was just trying to tie up the house in contract for 10 days, then could back out for any reason. Not professional at all.

This small family of four (two daughters and a son on the way) used Larry Isham as their Realtor nd contracted on a cute little house in Bryan. Larry screwed them over....Royally. Behind their back he worked a higher offer for the seller and pulled the rug out from under this military family on closing day. The response from Keller Williams was basically...it is a competitive market and what he did is not illegal. If you want scrape every dollar out of a deal rather that do what is right, Larry is your guy. If you want a realtor you can trust, look elsewhere. I hope Keller Williams does not advertise themselves as military friendly. They really worked this 82nd Airborne company commander over. Buying real estate long distance as a military member requires trust. Keller Williams violated that trust.
