My daughter took me here the other day, it was amazing. You can order items on the menu or create your own. The zip on the sign looked so good I asked for it, just the way they make it. No customizations. I was pleased. Establishment is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, no problems parking. I am looking forward to eating there in the future.

I am obsessed with the concept of Bread Zeppelin. Salad, but make it a a whole ass handheld meal. I am often wary of salad "fast food" as the produce can be questionable. Bread Zeppelin, however, had the freshest produce and just felt very clean inside. In addition, the staff were all friendly and well-mannered. I ordered the southwest zeppelin with chicken which was then made fresh in front of my very eyes. I appreciated being asked how much avocado ranch dressing I wanted as they prepared it because I often opt for less. I savored each crunchy bite packed with flavor. It's safe to say I'll be back!

Come for the great food, stay for the amazing employees. Come during the lunch rush and experts kind faces of Bread Zeppelin. Gotta keep it short and sweet so you can experience it for yourself!

I have loved Bread Zeppelin for years. I was told at this location that they no longer chop the salads. I thought that was part of the appeal of going to this restaurant. I got the Ceaser salad like I normally do, but it was not as good because it wasn't chopped. I asked the guy who was finishing my salad to clean the board because I am gluten free and that is what normally happens and that is when he told me that they are no longer chopped. I came with friends and it was their first time and I told them about the great salads and flavors and quality ingredients used and I was left disappointed. My friends seemed to like it but they also didn't know how good it could be.

What an interesting concept - I like bread. I like salad. Let's put a salad in bread. Altogether this was a great experience. The salad was tasty, the bread toasty and it held together through my meal. I really like simple signals to help you decide what to order - fan favorites are highlighted so you have some confidence ordering for the first time. I would definitely go again. What could be better? I think they should dedicate a person to pulling the guts out of the zeppelin rolls. During busy times it got backed up and it seems this could be processed in by a dedicated person. The other thing that could be better is if they would open a location in central or east Plano so I can go more often.

I don't know if I would say that's cheap... But when I got the wrap... omg it was HUGE!! I was like oh wow.. I was surprised to find that it was like a chipotle burrito. I had a promo, which definitely made it worth it. You pick the protein that you want. A few of them have an upcharge if it's not chicken. The salad looks sizeable too. Check their socials because they were also running a year end special for $6 entrees. I liked it and would come back again.

They offer a pretty good selection of salads, like Greek, Thai, Cobb, Caesar, and Ranch, as well as dressings of your choice. I like their Thai salad, which has cucumber slices, shredded carrots, romaine lettuce, and red cabbage. They are all very fresh. The dressing is actually what I like the most. It's peanuty, spicy but not too strong, with a subtle tangy and sour note. For my protein option, I've tried their chicken and tofu. The chicken is fine. I like the tofu better though, which is moist, tender, and savory. They also offer seasonal lemonade drink. I've had their cucumber mint lemonade, which is super refreshing especially on a hot Texas summer day! The service is fast. I was there one time during the peak lunch hour. The vehicle line was long, but it moved pretty quick. Give it a try if you want a quality salad at a great price!
