Moncerat was a class act - competent, calming, knowledgable and very effective. Both issues were quickly understood by her, and she set me up to be able to complete the solution. i cannot speak highly enough of her, or of any organization employing someone like her, as well as having 14 volunteers ready to stand by and help seniors. i would definitely advise any senior with an issue to jump in and seek help here.
