They were on time and everyone from sales to the installers were super nice and knew what they were doing. Did I mention I live 100 miles away, they were the closest dealer!! Fast forward to 2025, I had an issue where the pump would not come on, (high pressure switch was not letting the pump come on) they were very helpful, took the time to trouble shoot the issue and we determined it might be that the filters were 5 years old, even tho I cleaned them over the years as required, but they get old and can restrict the flow. They were right!!! All I needed were new filters. Short version, during their busiest time, they took the time to help solve the issue. Highly recommend.

We changed direction and walked into B&J's. We saw the exact model we were looking for and he said he was simply waiting for several to be delivered. Within one week we had our refrigerator in the house and cooling our food--protecting us from spoilage. Without the fast help and pleasant experience of working with them, we would still be suffering from melted ice cream, moldy food and daily trips to Walmart (which is almost worse than rotten food in itself).
