They don't seem to be very organized,, when i call to order propane you cannot get a delivery time,, i don't just mean the hour,, or the day , or even the week!! they will get to you when they get to you,, i have tried for as long as they have been in business to be a good, loyal customer but i've had it,, a big cold front expected , i called over a week ago and have made sure my 1/4 mile driveway is well plowed but today my big snow blower broke down ,been plowing it every time it snows expecting my delivery,, i called again today and the answer i got was "didn't you already call"? read more

I'm frustrated, have been a Breen customer for many years and have always paid my bill immediately. Received a propane fill for both my tanks and did not get the notice of the fill in my door but we live in central Montana so I'm sure it just blew away. I paid the bill the same day I received it on my Wells Fargo for 4 cents less a gallon. I then received a bill for over $200 the next month- the 4cent discount. When I called the lady at Breen said it wasn't within 10 days and I would not receive the discount. So yes i am a bit salty. read more

We have been Breen Oil customers for five years. We've come to expect the excellent service the company provides. Yesterday, however, the driver went above and beyond the call of duty to fill our propane tank. A new driver, Jim had to dig through piles of snow to locate the tank. He kept at it until he got the job done because he knew we were low on propane and winter is still on. Great job! Great company! Thank you. read more

We are having an exceptionally hard winter. My next door neighbor plowed his driveway so he could have a propane delivery. I thought this would be an opportune time to have my driveway plowed while the snow removal equipment was already there. I paid $150 to have my driveway plowed. This was money I really did not have, but this was my chance to get my driveway plowed while the equipment was already there. I asked Breen Oil if they could top of my tank off after they filled my next door neighbor's tank. I had the road open and I wouldn't be able to afford to have it plowed again. Breen Oil said they had other people's tanks to fill and that I should check back in with them in 3 weeks. Breen oil expects me to pay another $150 in three weeks to have the road cleared again. I will not be able to afford to do that. I have a credit with Breen Oil, that I will loose, if it is not used before then. I will look into a different propane delivery company for next year. read more
