This place takes good care of people. They have no reason to lie about "up charges" as the other review says. They work with you and your schedule, they are great with payments, and they will do whatever they can to make sure you are taken care of. Some of the items were expensive and a friend said he could do it for cheaper, but when he looked up the parts, he said he couldn't compete. Edwards wanted to charge me $1000 for tires, Breeze did that same tires for $700. This place is shady. The guy working the register seems nice enough, I'll give them that. However, I took my car in for an oil change and when it was done and I went to pay, the guy, who I'm guessing was the head-mechanic, told me that my breaks are at 5% and they'd need to be replaced asap. He quoted me over $700 worth of work that "needed" to be done. This was a newly purchased vehicle, with only 30k miles on it and I noticed no problems with the breaks. Three months later, I take the car back to the dealership where I bought it for another oil change. They run a 40 point inspection and tell me that my breaks are in perfect working condition! Avoid this business at all costs. TLDR; Went in for an oil change and they tried to up-sell me on over $700 worth of work that I didn't need to have done. read more
