As far as watching fresh hard candy get made, this place wins big! It is in a very cool part of Bremen, tucked away in a store front that is both charming and old world feeling at the same time. The smells are intoxicating as you walk up towards the door. These candies are amazing! Seriously. We bought a small jar and wish we had stocked up on much more than that. The flavors are so full of specific notes and all taste different. I am sad to say that I only have like 10 left in the jar. They have loads of different flavors to choose from too. We went with a fruity variety. Go check this sweet shop out! read more

In unserer Bremer Bonbon Manufaktur finden Sie handgemachte Süßigkeiten, die unser Konditorenteam mit viel Liebe herstellt und luftdicht im schicken Schraubglas verpackt. Wir haben uns viele leckere Sorten ausgedacht, von fruchtig bis sauer von cremig bis scharf. Und auch Lakritz- und Schokoladenbonbons dürfen nicht fehlen! Die Bonbonküche liegt, nur getrennt durch eine halbhohe Glasscheibe, im hinteren Teil des Ladens. Habe in der Zeitung von dem Laden gelesen und wollte mit den Kindern unbedingt hin, die Bonbons sind auch geschmacklich prima, leider vom Desing her alle gleich, uns bediente ein junger Mann, der war auch sehr freundlich, später dann eine Dame, wo man merkte, wir sollten den Laden doch lieber schnell verlassen, die Kinder (2Stück) und ich, probierten jeweils 3 Bonbons, anscheinend war das wohl zuviel....................... Mein Fazit, die Idee des Ladens ist klasse und eigentlich auch die Bonbons, aber noch sehr!!!!!!!!!!!! ausbaufähig. read more
