Great experience, once again at Brems Imaging, in Annandale, NJ. The receptionist was very efficient, and had me complete a form on an iPad which worked out well. I no sooner completed my form, and was called back for my mamography. Angela was the tech that handled my mammo, and she was wonderful. "Personality Plus," she put me at total ease. Excellent friendly receptionist, easy ipad form to fill out prior to Mammo...didn't have to wait at all, they were right on time....Mammo took about 15 minutes. Tech was very nice, competent. Lovely mammo room with purple lighting and pleasant wallpaper to look at while getting Mammo done. Only took 4 photos, in and out. read more

Just went to Brems Image Center on Route 31 this morning and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. The office is clean and welcoming, the receptionist was polite and efficient and I had to wait only about 7 minutes before I was called in. The very best part was the ultrasound technician, Javeria. She was so calm and gentle that she immediately put me at ease. For me, tests of this nature are always stressful but because of her expertise, and way of explaining everything, I was put at ease. I would definitely go back to Brems because of this experience. read more

I had a great experience at Brems Imaging Center in Clinton, NJ. I was there for a 6-month follow-up ultrasound on 7/10/24. My technician, Javesia, was fantastic and quickly put me at ease with her gentle and friendly demeanor. I greatly appreciate how she took the time to explain the procedure to me and answer any questions that I had. I also want to give a shout-out to the receptionist there that day. When I showed up, my doctor's office had not sent the test order yet even though they said they did. The receptionist didn't blink an eye, and said she would take care of it with the doctor's office, which she did! Thank you, Javesia and the receptionist (I didn't get her name)! You are both true professionals!!! read more

I was getting an ultrasound today and the technician experiance was terrible. The room wasn't clean when I walked in and the tech kept WIPING HER NOSE with her ungloved hand touching ME and the machine. Overall not a comfortable experience. read more

Overall great place but a few fatal flaws. Pros: Staff is super nice and accommodating from the schedulers to the technologists. Extensive hours make it convenient. Cons: There's a "grace period" before you can get your report and even then they give you a hard time about it. They don't work with your insurance company for authorization. This is a pretty big one. I wanted to go back to Brems for another MRI but this new doc didn't deal with authorizations which forced me to go elsewhere. read more

Would avoid at all costs. The scheduling staff is extremely callus and rude. Had an emergency CT scan needed for my daughter for a possible appendicitis. They would not schedule me until I had the Rx. The doctor gave me the case number and I could pick up the Rx on my way to the CT scan. I asked for a potential date because this scan is needed to determine appendicitis a the staff said "So?". After some badgering, I was able to find out they were scheduling 4 days out. Hung up and called University Radiology in Somerset 732-390-0033. They were extremely nice and well organized. My daughter is there now as I am writing this. TL;DR: Avoid Brems... go to University Radiology in Somerset (or anywhere else, just not Brems) read more

I would like to preface my poor rating with the fact that I am a veteran mammogram screening patient as I have had more than 15 mammogram. I have always found mammograms to be uncomfortable and a bit painful at times and have grown to expect that. However, my last visit to Brems had a new young technician who did not seem to know what she was doing or was purely evil. I have never had any technician cause so much discomfort handling my breasts nor had so much pain from the compression of the compression paddles. I told the technician three times she applied the last degree of compression that it was very painful with no response in return. She was cold as ice which was both shocking and horrifying. I will definitely be looking to do my mammogram somewhere else next time. I highly recommend to AVOID and go somewhere else to get a normal mammogram. read more

Kinda seedy looking place but it's fairly clean and the staff is WONDERFUL! Place can get busy but they're efficicent and thorough.

Ive had multiple appointments for this location. Every time staff is unable to preform basic tasks. From not being able read the order correctly to not contacting me to reschedule after their machine breaks. Just horrible service. Avoid if you don't want extra anxiety . read more

Very nice front desk staff. Very nice technician, I think her name was Punita. She was very sweet and thorough. Very short waiting time in the front. Very efficient. I would go back in the fall for a mammogram. Highly recommend. read more
