I say we are unique because only the most very special dogs can stay here. Also living here are our own dogs, cats and chickens. Life is always fun and everyone gets on. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with fantastic walks to go on and lots of things to sniff and see. I walk with you and your dog to help get to know you both and you can do this as often as you like. There is also the change to leave your dog for a couple of hours to see if they like it. When staying your VIP (very important pooch) can send you updates on what they have been doing, so you know they are safe and enjoying themselves. In their busy stay in between walking, playing, sleeping and making new friends the visitors make cards to take home. It all adds to the fun! All you need to now is book a meet and greet and you and your VIP can see how you like it.

I put my nearly two year old spoilt little Staffy called Bailey in Denhorn for one day, while we…read morewent to our youngest sons wedding, he had never been in a kennel before so we were very worried and concerned how he would be, When I went to pick him up in the evening at 1715 hrs it was dark and raining, I opened the gate and went into the courtyard that was completely in the dark however i could see what was an office light with the door open, I went over but there was no won around, I could see there was a bell press outside the door so rang it three for times with no response, I could not hear even if the bell was working, So i stepped into the office that has two doors leading out, i remember thinking what an unkept dirty place it was, the door to the left in the office was also open so I looked in encase anyone was there what i saw there was a pile of dirty rags cloths bedding on the fore and an equally dirty bath, Just then a man came up to me and asked me if the car outside the gates was mine could i move it as the neighbour may want to leave the property I went out and moved my car back and when I went back in the owner had termed up I said i was here to collect Bailey she asked if i had come to pick up the Staffy I wondered why she did not youse his name, She led me down the dark passage where the dog kennels were I was waiting and expecting my little chap to be jumping for joy when he saw me, however when i came to the third outside cage of the kennel i nearly walked past as there was a very distressed cowering dog sitting in the rain that did not respond to me, When she opened the kennel door he burst out and ran past me up to the outside door of the passage and was running from one side to the other I had a very hard job putting the lead on him as he would not stop, then when the gate was opened he pulled as fast as he could pulling me out and towards the road this has never happened before and I could hardly keep my feet, I opened the rear car door were he jumped straight in when i got in the car i immediately could smell urine an faeces and where he was moving around the seats all was soaking wet, at home the first thing i had to do was bath him and i found him covered in dried faeces up his legs on his tail and back and the water was very dirty, its took 24 hours for him to get back to his normal happy puppy self, I can not say what went on or happened while he was there, But i will never ever ever ever take him there again under any circumstances Doug Eden-Winn

Not only does it help to maintain their own routine it also keeps their delicate little tummies in tip top shape! I wrote instructions on what he would need, and the first day I took him to stay with her, she told me she had also been doing research. 2 days later, I came to pick him up and his cage was spotless, he was happy, and overall I was so pleased with the service that I keep going back to her.
