Yet, if I ever, EVER buy a property that this company has their name on, I'm doing just that. Not only that, on the initial viewing, I'm going to treat it as a hidden problems they hope that won't be found. On closing the old gal sat there with her neck vertibre sinking, hair colored too dark, teeth that were oddly scary and cheap,fake jewelry decorating her person. I only have the worst of opinion of THAT agent which reflects the agency as a whole. I think the problem is too many agents in too small a pond. Any property that bears this name will be either passed over by me or viewed as second-rate. I say that as my opinion due to property that they represented. When you buy a property, you are in part buying the expertise of the buying and selling agents. You shouldn't be hooked into the tricks used to get someone to sign on the so called dotted line.
