Yelp had some good reviews, but we turned for advice to a friend we trust. she suggested All Valley Solar and Window Cleaning. We spoke with Jesse, the owner, who visited and gave us an estimate of $200 for the exterior windows/screens and $180 for the solar panels. Five days later, Jesse and an assistant arrived for the job. The assistant...a guy in his 20s...started on the windows and screens while Jesse handled panels on the roof. After finishing the panels, Jesse helped with the other guy...then carefully wiped the trim around the windows and doors. They moved all the outdoor furniture before starting and returned it to the proper place when done. Everything took about 3 hours which was probably a bit longer than usual since I'm sure they wanted to impress a first time customer. We're now on a schedule for Jesse and a helper to come every 4 months...with work on the exterior windows once or twice a year.

Either his errands took precedence over a new client or he double booked that slot and made me wait. 10:00 came and went. At 10:40, texted him we need to reschedule as it no longer fit into my schedule. Gave him 2 dates and timelines. His reply was not an apology for being so late and not informing me of another delay, but an excuse that he was about 10 min out and had been driving an hour and a half in traffic and would b finished by 3:00. This drive takes 30 min with normal traffic and shouldn't take more than twice that time in heavy traffic. I wondered if his last job ran late! Well, he never did call to reschedule. I had my windows cleaned this afternoon by a very professional company (appt @ 4:00 - done by 5:30) that was more expensive but rated 5 stars on every site. I guess u get what u pay for. Cutting corners never pays off.
