Junior came out and met with us and somehow managed to translate my insane ramblings about shadowboxes and faux islands into exactly what I was wanting. He was able to make some recommendations for things I would have never even thought of (moving our stove down a few inches for extra drawers and building our fridge into the cabinets so we have more over fridge storage) and had our drawings to us immediately. He was up front about the pricing and we were able to pick and choose from options that met our needs but kept us within budget. The only real snag we hit was when my husband decided to go out on his own for places to buy granite from, but once we shopped from the list that Junior had given us things went a lot smoother. I was impressed with how organized everything was throughout the entire planning process. Junior gave us a timeline on when our work could begin and things went according to plan. The crew was friendly and worked really hard, they kept things as neat as you can expect from a kitchen remodel. Given everything I hear from other folks that have done kitchen remodels, I was braced for a lot of pain and delays, so I am pleased to report that things actually went faster than expected once I understood that the granite takes about a week to have cut after the cabinets are installed. I am so happy with my new kitchen, it is literally my dream come true. I cannot rave enough about Junior and the team from I4. =)

He asked me to send pictures and measurements and that he would be out the next day. 30 mins before he was suppose to be there, he called with a price over $9000 the highest estimate that I received. We talked about differences, and I mentioned that we had terrazzo so we did not want tile. He did not know what terrazzo was. I told him thank you, I was not interested in the estimate and hung up. I am sorry but if a estimator/designer in FL does not know what terrazzo is, I have issues since this is the most common flooring that was used in the older homes.

My first job with him was my kitchen, done in natural cherry back in 2011. Completely custom with desk and bookshelf area. Then he did a large entertainment center to match the kitchen cabinets in the adjacent family room along with a small outdoor kitchen cabinets a couple of years later. In 2021 he did a huge painted maple wall unit for my husband Legos in our bonus room which came out amazing. He did my brother's kitchen in painted maple. He turned a small tiny closet into am amazing pantry by removing existing door, opening up the sheetrock and installing a cabinet with pullouts and shelves all the way to the top. He took care of the sheetrock work and the door, etc within my brother's budget. Then he helped him find the quartz he wanted at a very good price as well as the installer. Currently we just put a deposit down to get our 2 masterswalking closets and linen closet in our master bedroom as well as a bathroom vanity in the kitchen style for a bath next to it. He is patient, he dedicates time to you so he can understand what you really want and he does his best. He likes to help you with stone for your counter tops and sets you up with others that can give you a deal because of him. Because he is really busy you have to wait for your turn and sometimes you have to be patient if for whatever reason the job ahead of you becomes delayed. They did an awesome custom made cabinets to meet exactly my needs. The second project, was my garage. The custom built-in design in grey was impeccable. The seamless wall of cabinets hide everything in the garage (my husband tools, big christmas boxes, everything). The garage looks organized and beautiful. My next project was the master bedroom closets and the children closet. Finally, they re-do all my rental apt (kitchen, baths, bar). The major benefit of custom cabinets is the ability to design unique and customized solutions that perfectly align with my style and requirements. We wanted a new countertop for our Tiki Bar. All three members of D & G did the install and the bar is BEAUTIFUL! They did a great job, meticulous measuring before hand, so when the slabs arrived they were prepared. The only thing they had to cut at the residence, was to sink for the bar. They did a wonderful job of the sink too.
