As before, the men were on time, very polite, respectful of our house (and us), and did just a great job. The windows are spotless, no smears, and the screen were cleaned too. We contacted Brett's Home Services early last week, and they were at our house in San Clemente promptly that Friday, including a heads-up text with an accurate ETA. Brett sent three gentlemen to clean all 50 windows in our house both inside and outside. Based on my previous experience with another company, I was hopeful, but not sure what to expect. Our house is 7,000 square feet and three levels on a steep slope overlooking the ocean. It has two large decks with tall glass railing. Well, I was beyond impressed with my experience with Brett's Home Services. They completely exceeded my expectations by an ocean-view mile, and I am very circumspect when it comes to vendors working on our house.
