I did a bride's makeup back in September of 2018 onsite in their bridal suite and knew that I wanted my wedding here! Now come February 22nd, I will. The place is absolutely beautiful and affordable, which was huge for this bride on a budget. It's the perfect venue not too far from the city for any rustic style wedding/event. I love all the new upgrades they have done with place, especially the new barn color (was red and is now the most perfect light blue color). I was a big fan of the benches, which they no longer have. But either way, that's something miniscule. There's also several affordable all inclusive packages to make your wedding planning 100x easier. If you're looking for a venue that won't be hard on your pockets for a rustic/country themed wedding/event THIS IS THE PLACE!

Naturally, we tried to alert hotel staff -- but no one was ever at the front desk. Not late at night, not early in the morning. It felt like we were completely on our own. Upon checkout, I attempted again to address the situation, but the woman at the desk was completely frazzled and confused. She couldn't even find our reservation in the system and kept insisting we had the wrong room -- even though we were literally checking out of it. Because of this, I left without a receipt and without any meaningful conversation about the bug issue. I contacted corporate after returning home, hoping for some accountability, but was informed that the hotel manager refused to do anything about it. No apology, no follow-up, nothing. The combination of a serious health concern, zero customer service, and complete managerial indifference should be a major red flag for anyone considering staying here. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.
