Bruce and his staff are life savers and were there for me and my family throughout the most…read moredifficult years of our lives. We were hit by a drunk driver and all 4 people in my car got hurt bad. The idiot person that hit us did not have insurance and our insurance company said we could not even get the medical bills paid. My husband called Bruce Boerst and he immediately met with us and even called the insurance company during our first meeting while we were still sitting in his office. He started working before our first meeting was even over! During that one call...Bruce demanded that our ins co send him a full copy of the policy. Bruce took one look at it and called the insurance company back. In that 30 min, Bruce made the insurance company agree to cover our losses. We finally got our bills paid and when we were all done seeing doctors and having therapy, Bruce and his wonderful assistants told us to be prepared for even better news. Bruce investigated and found out that the drunk guy was driving a car that had insurance and Bruce made that insurance company give us the money we deserved for our injuries, money from missing work, our pain and suffering and even got a large payment for each of our children. The money for the kids is in safekeeping and will be a LOT of money available for our kids for future medical bills if they need therapy in the future. If not, that money for our kids will be able to pay for their colleges! Thank GOD several of my friends and all the people that my husband works with said "CALL BRUCE BOERST"" !!! Before hiringBruce we thought we would lose everything because a drunk guy was driving like a moron and made us almost lose everything. Bruce fought for us like we were his only clients. I did get frustrated sometimes because bruce is busy a lot and sometimes he could not return my calls for a day or 2 but every time when I did talk to him he would help put me at ease and I realize that he is really busy. I guess a really good lawyer SHOULD be busy! We laughed and my husband said that any lawyer that is NOT busy is a lawyer that probably doesn't have any other clients and probably is not too good. We tell everyone to call bruce if they are in an accident. He is the best lawyer by far!

I'm from a different state and needed an attorney in Ohio to represent me and after research, I choose Jeremy and so glad I did... He collected his money, sat back and waited for the prosecutor to come with an offer and just agreed with her. He just kept telling my son; you don't want to take this case to trial with your background/record! My son's girlfriend did all, but try this case. In which, she would have done a much more professional job. She would have a least tried to defend him. Attorney Jeff Simpson never attempted to. There was a motion of discovery full of loop holes, and discrepancies from the two female accusers. there were conflicting stories from two police officers at the scene. None of this was even challenged by Attorney Simpson. He just waited for offers from the prosecutor. My son and his girlfriend tried time and time again to get Attorney Simpson to read and intrduce the discovery. He did nothing! This attorney, Jeff Simpson got paid, flat out, to stand next to my son in the courtroom at his court dates. My son has been in The Wood County Corrections Center for a year. Other then court dates, Attorney Simpson saw him maybe four times. Does that sound like an Attorney who has his clients best interest in mind? I think not! Not to mention, on a particular occasion, for a court date, Attorney Simpson's car was broke down. He asked my son's girlfriend if she could pick him up for court. Really? This man is supposed to be a professional! All and all, the bottom line is, Attorney Jeff Simpson is a terrible, uncaring, unconcerned, attorney!
