We purchased an insurance policy with Brian. You must read the fine print on your policy. He said we were covered under circumstances we were concerned with. We were not and took a big hit. Cost of insuring a fleet of vehicles with State Farm too costly. My home insurance premium is competive.

I have been a client of Brian's for 4 years. The service was good and the pricing was competitive over that period. I called last Thursday and asked to bind a full coverage auto policy and I was told by Isaac that he wasn't able to bind the policy and he didn't think it would be possible until the following week as he was new and there wouldn't be a licensed agent in the office until then. I expressed my significant dissatisfaction, as I was at a dealership and needed to bind a policy. I asked him to call Brian or anyone at State Farm that could help and he said he would call me back. After 30 min. I called isaac back and he said he couldn't help me and he suggested I bind the policy with another agency and cancel once Brian returned. I asked him to have Brian call me back, which he didn't. I called another State Farm agent that was referred and soon thereafter a State Farm agent from Atlanta called me and bound the policy. The call center agent told me Isaac should have immediately referred me to their call center, which he didn't. Isaac actually told me to bind the policy with a competitor and then cancel...unbelievable. The agent in Atlanta was very friendly and helpful. I called Brian's office yesterday at 11 am and asked to speak to Brian or any other agent and I was told no one was available by Isaac and I asked for an agent to return my call, which they didn't. I am a Realtor and I had a buyer purchase a home in Pine, Colorado. My buyer was from out of state and was looking for home insurance. I always try to support local mountain businesses since my husband and I have lived in the area for more than 40 years. I tried to contact this agency three times and left messages for Brian for return call as I wanted to speak to him regarding our numerous policies and retirement. I never received a return call. On one occasion the lady who answered was laughing. I wonder if our age has anything to do with their disinterest in providing services. read more

Do not trust this office or agent. I was seeking out new insurance last year wanted to trust a small town agent and have been paying the price since. Was quoted a great rate, transferred to him for insurance. I was told I needed letter to prove an accident was no fault and my rates would drop even lower. I had the letter drawn up and signed and no change in rates. Then I needed a tow called had it set up, and we have road side assistance, and soon after our rates increased. when we called we were told everyone rates increase because of the flood. ??? I talked to a co worker who also has State Farm insurance and her rates DID NOT increase. My husband was at work and his car was hit by a drunk driver in the parking lot and our rates increased as well as being asked to pay our deductible.Then we ran into a timing issue and needed a couple of days to pay and our rates increased by another thirty dollars. Needless to say, our rates increased by sixty dollars a month, in a year with no one even letting us know. NO letter or warning. There is more but I think you get the picture. NOT A TRUST WORTHY business.!!! read more
