Great service, living first time in Florida I needed to switch my insurance and my license, Monica Zaldivar helped me sending me a temporary card via email so I could show it as proof of insurance; the explanation of how renters insurance works in Florida was also very beneficial. It was a very easy process to get the insurance, and she went above and beyond sending it directly to the property in order for me to have one less thing to worry about when I was busy moving. read more

Agents seem very nice but you are entering an endless loop. Mistakes don't get corrected despite several calls - even on issue as simple as their entry of incorrect billing zip code, which then invalidated my monthly pay plan & stuck me with huge amount due. Not only issue I had - just quickest to explain. If a small account can't be handled well then a large one won't be either. Find someone with more attention to detail & the integrity to correct errors. read more

The only reason the office received 1 star is because there is no option for 0. When shopping for homeowners insurance I talk to an agent and he quoted a fair price on homeowners. I went to the office to discuss more, when getting there I was told, oh that price is only if you have your cars with us also. Ok lets look at that, price was fair so we went with them. Asked about flood insurance and he says "you don't need it, and I don't know how to do it." Shortly after we talk to neighbors and they say you need to have flood insurance. We call the office, talk to someone else and they get us flood insurance, a few weeks later I get letters from FEMA saying I owe more money, and they need more informations. That same week I get a letter saying I need ANOTHER home inspection done for my homeowners insurance, he tells me just pay for it and I will pay you back for it, this was my mistake. I don't hear from him again, but I do from State Farm, "Since you have not done a home inspection we will be terminating you." So when I changed my homeowners I also moved my auto. When calling the office I am told "we are very sorry to have you leave, is there anything we can do to get you to stay" are you crazy? They also tell me that Brian will call me to discuss the issues, ah no call from him either. If there is no other place to go to get insurance, just go with out. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. read more

Everyone I know that has ever gone here (West agency) has had nothing but trouble from the beginning to the end. They can't get paperwork done on time or correctly. read more

After going to State Farm, All State, and a few other major places for homeowner's quotes, I decided to look up a broker and gave him a call. He got me insured through Metlife for a lot less than State Farm quoted me. We also switched our auto insurance over when he gave us a quote through Safeco that was half as much as we were paying with State Farm (he says Safeco is one of the cheapest major insurer in Chicago). Outside of the great rates he finds as a result of being a broker, his service is excellent. He's in Berwyn but I've never needed to go to his office. He's very on top of e-mail and on the phone and follows up on things... He gets me what I need when I need, makes good suggestions, etc.

Being in the same business over 20 years I looked diligently & shopped for a competent agent in Brevard County & I'll have to say Brian West's State Farm office is the absolute best! Brian really actually cares about his clients and is hands on! He is always available or willing to help which is hard to find nowadays! I forgot a payment on one of my life policies & he was right on it! I was so thankful because out of all my policies that was the most important! His entire team is fantastic! I think Diane has been there since he opened and she is super knowledgeable and always willing to help! Kathy & Paula are also terrific to deal with! Brian is by far the best agent I've encountered in Brevard! I've shopped rates with other companies & when I find lower rates,I find out they only gave me less coverage although I asked for the same, so be careful. State Farm may not always be the lowest but when I want insurance to protect my assets & loved ones I don't want CHEAP I want QUALITY & peace of mind they will actually pay my claim ! I'm willing to pay a little more for excellent service & an agent that actually cares about me as a client!! I also like it's one stop shopping, I got a great rate on a credit card & my car loan with State Farm bank. It's so convenient to have ALL my insurance & other financial stuff in one place! I usually can't stand when my car insurance is up for renewal because it's such a hassle to set up. If you stay with the same company they always jack up the prices. Switching the Statefarm was the best decision I made. We are young working couple with 3 vehicles, and we got the absolute best quote from Statefarm. We worked with Monica Zaldivar and she laid out every possible option for us to get us the best rate and kept our premiums what we wanted. I called her 3 days in a row readjusting how I wanted things set up and she was so accommodating and friendly. It was honestly such a great experience.
