One was located in Austin, Texas. Our other house was located in Fredericksburg, Texas and then earlier this year, we purchased a house here in Sterling, Colorado. Wendy and Erin have been very unprofessional in all our interactions with them and Wendy even flipped my husband the bird. Very unprofessional behavior! We would not recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a house in Sterling or anywhere. UPDATE: We feel it was a kangaroo court. The judge was fed and bought. My husband's comment in the very beginning to the judge, "You have already made up your mind about our case. It speaks loud and clear to us." It was apparent to us that the judge did not even thoroughly review our case. The judge also did not appear to have done any review of any exhibits submitted for review and the judge even mispronounced my last name three times! In case you do not know the definition of kangaroo court, it reads as follows: "A kangaroo court is a court that ignores recognized standards of law or justice, carries little or no official standing in the territory within which it resides, and is typically convened ad hoc. A kangaroo court may ignore due process and come to a predetermined conclusion." This is exactly what happened with our case on Tuesday. The First Amendment in the Constitution of the United States reads: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." I have every right to write this honest review of your agency's deceptive real estate business practices and again, your outward gesture with your finger was very unprofessional and very inappropriate. Also, Google defines reviews as follows: "A person is entitled to publish an honest opinion in their Google review and this cannot be considered defamation. If the person writing the Google review honestly held the opinion and this opinion is based on truth, this is a defense against defamation." For your information, we plan to file an appeal in the district court.
