I Been coming to this place for years and recently they been messing up my orders Leaving my clothes smelling like dirty rag. Gave my 7 pairs of my jeans to a different client, took them a few days to get back. Making me come back and forth and not having my orders ready. Staff says they are going to be ready a certain day and when I picked them up they tell me they are not ready yet. Very unpunctual and unprofessional. Horrible. They messed up a very nice scarf i bought from macys. Thin out most of the fabric. You can see the photo, the fluffiness and at the end looks so thin. Last time I tried taking a dress and the main guy there just made the biggest unnecessary comment I just walked out. They only want cash or they'll charge u extra when u pay with any card. I came in dropped off a shirt that needed the buttons moved , left for a week just to have it pressed. When I told the owner he said there was nothing he can do. He's not pleasant, customer service is horrible. Not sure how he's in business. This isn't the first time this has happened we've had to take items back because they don't get cleaned right. Apparently you have to ask for original hemming when you take your blue jeans in for hemming!!!! I've been a patron here @Brians Cleaners for about 5yrs and I've brought quite a few pairs of blue jeans in for hemming and I've never had a problem until now, they hemmed the blue jeans using white thread, at no point did Aide ever express to me about origonal hemming, and they have nothing posted either, when i realized what the hemming looked like (HIDEOUS to say the least) I went back and asked if they could redo the hemming, the man that i spoke with said to me you didn't pay for original hemming and i said to him well no one evr explained to me i had to ask for original hemming then i asked if they could redo with original hemming and the seamstress said sure come back at 11am i said sure, came back atv11 and the man while eating said my jeans weren't there that the seamstress took them home with her and he didn't know when she would be back, I'm like WHAT, I then asked him what are you telling me exactly, is she going to bring my jeans back? He said come back in 30 minutes so I did. When i came back to retrieve my blue jeans they apparently didnt understand me or just didn't care but the jeans were in the same condition white ugly thread, Aide said to me you payed for hemming not for original hemming, she was really not very nice about the hole ordeal so I've decided to go somewhere else and got my jeans fixed, I wont go back to Brians cleaners again for the simple fact they didn't want to fix the problem and Aide was a real ''expletive'' starts with a B ends with an H Sometimes things happen for a reason, I work hard for my money and i don't want to support a business that doesn't want to listen to their customers ASTA LA VISTA BRIANS CLEANERS read more

I had an event to go to and decided to clean my suit, I asked my mom if she could drop off my suit in a dry cleaner and she decided to used Brian's cleaners. I forgot to check the pockets of my suit which in one of them had 400$. By the time I got my suit back from the dry cleaner, the $400 weren't there anymore. I talked to the employees and they said they had never seen no money in my suit, which it's very disappointing when I knew I had it in one of the pockets. There Seamstress Marina is phenomenal. She can replicate any outfit from any era to the T. I swear by this place! I would like to make a comment on this Henry H. person that gave a bad comment. Apparently he is some relation to the owners x-husband who is a total dead beat and left his loving wife and child for a dead beat prostitute in Guatamala. Apparently this Henry H. person is in competition with the new owner because he is related to many family members that have dry cleaning companies. This kind of personal harassment from an x-family member is to be taken at the most critical form!
