Called me back to say the machine would have to ship from NY as the didn't have any in stock. Then canceled my order and told me I had to reorder it again. Since canceling my order they increased the price on the machine so now I would have to pay even more for the machine than what the original price was. Dishonest and absolutely horrible to work with. Order from someone that is reputable, not here.

Honestly with the size of the truck he brought I felt like had a water tank in there but no........ Quality of what he did clean was fine; got the job done but I wouldn't use them again.

When I told him that it had worked properly for the past 5 years with no issue, he said that I was being combative. I paid him his fee.... For doing absolutely NOTHING, except insulting me and my intelligence. As it turns out, I fixed the issue myself. The problem was that even though the adobe acrobat reader icon was on my computer screen, it was just an inoperable shortcut. Somehow, it had been deleted from my computer. After redownloading adobe acrobat reader, it now prints files on the correct size docs. if Phillip did not know how to repair/fix the issue, he should NOT have accepted the job and wasted his time nor my time, but most importantly my money for doing nothing and being arrogant, obnoxious, and insulting! since you are the computer expert, why then did you not even offer to look at the computer??? Also, it was working properly up until approximately one month ago, not 5 years ago. You apparently didn't hear that either.
