Showed up late and had no moving truck, had to rent a trailer for them to move tw loads. Very disappointed them and their performance. Drug their feet all the way. If you are thinking about using these people you should just rent your own U-Haul and do it yourself to prevent stuff from being ruined or broken. The deal was 1100.00 to pack and move a short distance. In 8 hours they were asking for more money to complete the move. I just rented a trailer and finished it myself. They complained that we didn't have stuff boxed up and they had to do it also. The agreement was pack and move. They cost us probably 500.00 more in food and finishing the move ourselves. Wouldn't even give them a 1 star.

I can't say enough good things about Mike and his crew. We moved 2 households into a new home in a…read morenew state. Mike confirmed our date and time and even called to make sure we were on schedule. They arrived as scheduled ready to work and unload our precious cargo . We had a total of 3 large rental trucks that needed to be unloaded at our new house. They worked efficiently and unloaded both "box" trucks in the planned time. Since we ended up moving more things than we expected, we had another truck that needed to be unloaded. That was the truck with most of our furniture! Mike and company agreed to come back the next day when we were all rested and fresh to finish the job. I cannot recommend Mike enough. You certainly get your money's worth with these guys. Unfortunately, we have decided that we are never moving again or I would hire them in a minute! Thanks Mike!
